Congrats to Diane Mumm for getting her first 6 members and becoming our newest team member!! This happened through Diane’s personal advertising and help from Elizabeta! 

Congrats to Igor for 2 new member signups! His team hit 9,243 hits and 3 subscribers. Excellent work! 

Were still belping Steve to get his six members. He now has two team members. 

Thanks to Elizabeth for helping us with the The Sixteen Steps. We are working on editing Step 16 now. Her team hit a total of 21,070 hits this week, 75 subscribers and 6 new members! Great job!

“My Six Figure Income

a Year Plan”

.

The first thing I want to share with you is the reason I called this “my six figure income a year plan.” 

.
1)
I don’t know if you’re like me but over the years I’ve been in over forty business opportunities and had little success with most of them. 
.
However, I personally have had success with GDI Team Elite and this is because of three factors: The marketing strategy allows us to personally connect with people and thus create “Know, Like & Trust”.
,
2)
Let me share with you what success I’ve had so you will be encouraged: From 2016 to 2017 I ‘played around’ with GDI Team Elite, to see what I learned, not knowing what it was really about or it it really worked. I was doing other business opportunities at the same time.
.
By May of 2018, my team leader Kathy realized I could be a team leader and gave me that opportunity. By June Kathy had given me 6 members as a new GDI Team Elite leader. Within a couple weeks I only had a few left and only one was actually doing anything. Kathy gave me new members to make up for it (thanks Kathy!) but even these eventually dropped except one.
.
I tell you this to encourage you, that hardship does come but it can be overcome! 
 
.
By September of 2018, I had 13 members on my team and was just in the process of helping create my first team leader. Soon, Elizabeta had contacted me through one of my emails and we became friends. Elizabeta really inspired me. I realized that we could really do great things together. ,
It truly passed from dream to reality that those willing to work, do great things and who you can work with, trust and make business plans together with ARE really out there!
.
She also inspired us to really focus on the Sixteen Steps together and we began to work and make them better. By November Elizabeta was my next team leader. A little after Christmas, I had helped Torab become a leader and also helped Elizabeta help Igor become her first leader.
.
Today at the date of this writing, I have 46 people on my team and I have five leaders in my downline and three more on the way. I honestly don’t know how 1/3 of all our members came to be in my downline as that was all team effort! I don’t say this to brag, but rather to share with you that GDI Team Elite really works and that most likely if you have the patience and desire, it is possible for you too!
.
However, since early in 2018 I knew that in order to create six figures within a year or two, you have to have a funnel that allows you to make a higher monthly residual income and $100, $400 and $1000 paydays. 
 
This funnel I’m speaking of is the the Power Leads System (PLS) and is the one my seven figure income mentor Alan uses also. So does this means it’s not possible with GDI Team Elite? No, I’m not saying that. As you can obviously see IT IS WORKING. But it does take longer. This is also true. 
.
You’re probably wondering why I didn’t just go and build a PLS team instead of a GDI team?! haha! Yes, I get it. However, that is the thing. If I could have built a team with PLS, I would have. But building an actual team is GDI Team Elite’s specialty and for this I owe them my gratitude.
.
Back to PLS. This system allows you to create high monthly residual income as well as have access to an awesome and powerful capture page, squeeze page, sales page and funnel maker and connect these with an autoresponder and to your mailing list.
.

TE’s & Safelists:

What’s the difference? 

.

There is certainly a difference, and this difference should be understood!

.

I searched the internet looking for others views on the difference.

.

Warrior Forum has a lot to say, but most of the people who share their opinions here have little real experience about the two of them. I have been using these methods since 2012 and understand a lot.

.

But some statistics I found on the forum  from a few people that seemed to know what they were talking about seemed to have similar thoughts as the comment below from glynlafferty:

“Using Safelists you can usually get a conversion rate at around 5% and with traffic exchanges it’s much lower.”

.

He also commented:

.

“I use safelists for listbuilding and can get anything up to 15 leads per day from them. The main thing is not to get bogged down in them only some of them work that have active clickers the rest of them are useless.”

.

.Also the GDI Team Elite website says that “…Traffic Exchanges do not get the results that Safelists and Mailers get.”

.

So we see that GDI Team Elite is not entirely against Traffic Exchanges. Let me now add my thoughts on the subject:

.

My thoughts are thus: The good Traffic Exchanges and Safelists are very similar in nature. They both require you to view fellow member ads and open the link to  websites where you then confirm you saw it and then you move on to the next one. However, there ARE some specific differences:

.

Disadvantage of TE’s: 

  1. Safelists links are often opened up from an email and even though MOST emails are not read, this still gives a slight advantage that the viewer MAY decide to read it if something catches their attention.
  2. Even when clicking on links from a Safelist (and NOT opening an email) when you FINISH confirming that you saw the website, the ad page does not disappear like on a TE until you actively click the page off, thus giving you another chance to view the page if there was still something you forgot to view but suddenly have a last minute reason to view it once more.
.
Advantage of Text Exchange:.
.
1. Text Exchanges do not allow you to only use a certain amount of credits. You can keep clicking to eternity and adding more and more credits as you do.
,
Most Safelists only allow you to mail your ad every two or three days or on occasion once a day but this is usually because of an upgrade if so and most do not give this privilege even with the full upgrade. So this IS an advantage for a TE.
.
Some exception safelists that I can think of are Europeansafelist, MountainHigh Mailer and MailOurList. These three allow you to mail EVERYDAY with an upgrade and MailOurList if you are upgraded and have enough credits or if you view 40 ads each day. 
.

.
These two disadvantages and reasons alone allow a slight advantage for Safelists over even the best Text Exchanges.
.
Even though the one advantage of Text Exchanges is a good one it still does not give the slight advantage of having your website viewed in a more comprehensive way.
.
The one thing I do suggest when using Safelists and Traffic Exchanges is that the more your website gets viewed, the more possibility you have of someone being curious enough to view it more carefully.
.
Having your picture and your name attached to the page (or your team leaders in our case) increases this chance even more and if you add new and interesting splash pages into the mix – along with the time tested proven ones, this opens the door even more! 
.
One more Note: 
.
As you probably know, we promote TE Profits (TEP) inside Step four and I am still agreeable with this strategy as it teaches a great strategy that can also be applied to Safelists too. Just be sure to apply the strategy to Safelists too!
.
.
FINAL VERDICT:
.
In light of all of this, and after discussion with my personal team leader and sponsor Kathy Von Geldern, I suggest focusing on a dozen good Safelists and then moving on to good Text Exchanges afterwords if you still have time.
.
I hope this has helped give you understanding and a solid strategy to help your team and eventually HELP YOU build YOUR TEAM!
.
The last thing you want is a team that is NOT focused on using good solid advertising and helping you get the new members you need to all grow!
.
SO MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING GOOD SAFELISTS!

This Christmas I want to share with you my appreciation for all your team effort. I’ve been where many of you are. I like to call it the “Valley of your Business”.
.
Its a place that’s hard to see your success from. Its different after you climb the “mountain” and look down and see how it all comes together!
.
You are still waiting for your six, you may be doing a thousand hits a week or are trying. Like I said, I was there and for a good while. And while I was there, It was hard for me to give full attention to GDI Team Elite.
.
In fact, I didn’t. I was just experimenting with it. I saw my sponsor and Team Leader Kathy doing very well with it and figured there HAD to be something I was missing! I was right. Kathy did have something up her sleeve I didn’t see.
.
But It wasn’t until I became a leader that the pieces of the puzzle suddenly fit. And this is primarily because I saw the details my seven figure mentor had shared with me coming together.
.
.
I think you may remember how I’ve told you that KNOW, LIKE and TRUST are the key elements in a business and the primary reason why most online business types don’t work. And if you have not experimented with 40 businesses like I have, you may think I keep raving on and on about this.
.
So let me paint a picture for you:
.
You typically start your business, go out there trying to advertise it and then realize that only one or two people ever sign in to find out more and these often don’t even pay to start. If you’re persistent, you will find a few sales like I did.
.
However, with GDI TE, its different. People connect with us and this MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD! Lets just say its the power of TRUST.
.
So, I’m saying all of this to just encourage you to be patient and eventually we will start climbing the mountain together where you will see everything change in front of your eyes!
.
Don’t forget to keep moving through the Sixteen Steps. The reason for this is because the bigger picture starts to present itself in Steps 11-16. Things like how your mailing list becomes the real focus of what you’re doing and building it and connecting to your new people will change your business.
.
Remember, once you are a leader your whole team helps you build YOUR LIST. This sounds like a little thing but its actually rather HUGE!

Doubling Your Investment Fund:

We want you to know that in Step Three we will be showing you how to double your investment with GDI. As you get toward Step Nine and toward getting your six members, you will eventually be making back your monthly investment too. This however, takes time and skill to make your team and your income duplicate. But that’s the goal! 
.
.
In the meantime while your waiting, learning and getting there, we want to show you how to double your money in simple easy ways right outside your door!

While you are going through this lesson, make sure you are reading “The Richest Man in Babylon” so that you can get the most from this lesson. 
.
.
One: Let’s go through some basics of making money: 
1) “Profits are better than wages” Jim Rohn
.
 What does that mean?
.
The meaning to this is that it’s better to earn a profit from selling something then it is to earn a wage working for someone else. This is because you can always increase your profits ten fold by increasimg your sellimg skills and what you sell, but this is not always the case working at a job. Does this mean to go quit your job? No, its just that working toward eventually quiting your job may be a good goal. 
.
2) Evaluation of an Asset.
An asset is anything you receive, find or buy that you can use over and over again to create income.
An example would be a bus. Once you buy the bus, you can keep charging people to get on your bus over and over again. 
.
Evaluation of an assett means that you are finding out what its true value is BEFORE you buy it. This way you can attempt to buy it cheap and sell it for more or so you can figure out how long it will take you to make your investment back. 
.
3) Obtaining Asset:
.
Simply put, receiving, finding, or buying the asset. This may involve saving up to purchase it.
.
.
4) Buy “Low” sell “high” 
.
This also could mean buying and finding out how long it will take to make your investment back and if it will be worth it. Buying low and Selling high is KEY to being able to make money. Often the hard part is knowing WHERE to buy it low. 
.
5) Advertising
.
Advertising and Marketing are truly the reason that create the most headache inside business. If you don’t have enough advertising or don’t have the right marketing system to bring the right people to you – this can cause a business to fail. This is one of the reasons GDI Team Elite works. It has a great advertising and marketing system, UNLIKE MOST online business.
As far as advertising and marketing something to double your investment fund, there are local ways to do this that are usually effective (That we will discuss later).

6) Building Trust 
Being able to have a marketing system that brings customers to you, so that you have the ability to earn thier “know”, “like”, and “trust” is crucial. Not many sales happen without these three things. 
.
7) Activity
Hey, its just a fact. If you don’t work at it, you wont earn from it!
But along with activity. you need FAITH to believe that you can do it and then ACTIVITY connected to this faith.
.
8. Ability to read, grow and study opportunities.
.
.
I’m not sure if you know this but Warren Buffet spends half of his day just reading and studying business in some way. In this way, he grows better each and every day and becomes more knowledgable about the opportunites around him. This is what you need to do too. And that’s the reason you should read “The Richest Man in Babylon.” But also you should be looking on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace, your local paper or local online page that you can buy and sell from.

Two: Let’s do Something Practical to Double Our Investment Fund: 

(This would equal to be Day 7 on the Doubling Penny Chart)

To Do:
Double your Dollar

Now to double a dollar…you have to think…
Candy bars…water…soda…anything like that.
You buy them cheap and sell them for a dollar…
.
Hey over one weekend I took $3 and bought 6 pack of sodas at a grocery store. I sold three sodas for $1 each to myself. I have a budget to buy them from the store anyway so I might as well sell them to myself! LOL! So I already got my $3 back. Then I found a12 pack of generic water for sale for $2 and big case of generic gummy’s also and had in mind who I could sell them too. So there’s some ideas and tips of what to do with your $3.

.
What your doing is instead of paying a store your profit – your paying yourself…as long as you or your family have a budget for groceries and snacks, than it will work!
.
This will only go so far however. So once you get your investment fund up to $10, it will be time to consider buying something else for a low price, advertising it in the local Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, newspaper or other. Consider buying something that you understand. For me it was furniture. My wife and I knew that if we could find a good piece of of furniture made with real wood, I could fix it up for a couple dollars (buying tool, wood glue or varnish from Home Depo) and turn it around and sell it for a good profit. Here’s an example of what I did:

This is a free way to make money using Craigslist. Have you sold anything on Craigslist before? It works really great if you know what your doing! For example: By chance one day I found a beautiful bed frame in a dumpster and it only needed some wood glue and a clamp and some stain to fix it up. I turned around and sold it for $100 in two days! I did that over and over again with futons, microwave ovens, bookshelves etc..I found them by accident as I would go to the store or around the neighborhood. I sold thousands of dollars of stuff in my spare time after work. Sometimes if you know what your doing you can find garage sales and buy stuff cheap and resell that too. But be carefull, you can also get taken and not make a cent. I can also show you how to make an ad and what to say and not say and how to test out prices. I usually made about 50% – 100% profit on what I sold!

Make sure your fund comes from your investment fund and not from your personal budget to live on!
..
Every way you double your fund is by using the fund in a knowledgeable way. This may take some time to research and make sure you are investing wisely.
Try to not spend your investment on anything less than a sure investment that is proven to double. Just make sure you don’t wait TOO LONG. There is always some amount of risk, you just want to make sure you’re not gambling.
 Make a solid commitment not to spend your investment fund. It gets harder to not spend it when it gets to $10 – $100
..
Doubling your money gets harder as you go along. You can keep doubling your money with a strategy you master, however if you want to double it faster may involve learning a new skill. Even doubling $100 is harder then doubling $50 
.
Spending your investment fund on things that are NOT investments, will separate you from the those who will or won’t make it. Some people cannot seem to stop from spending things on things that will not double their investment fund.
.
If you study the first 10 years of Warren Buffet – his strategy of doubling his money was vastly different than after the next 10 years. But he started out like anybody else…that’s what people forget.
.
In the next Step we’re going to learn how to create $25 with the GDI learning bonus! But don’t let this stop you from doubling your money in practical ways either. Having practical knowledge that you can use anywhere and with what is around you is crucial to your success.

.So to begin, I don’t know if you read my story about how long it took me to get my six but I had a lot of problems. You will learn a lot from my experience I’m sure. You can read my story by clicking here:

Needless to say it took a while (six months at least and then all of a sudden I got my six very quickly (within a month or a month and a half at most). Why did it take me six months you might ask?

.

Well, on a team there are people in front of you who have been also working hard to get their 1000 hits a week too and who the team leader is helping first. So this takes time. Everything of value takes time to build. And our combined effort helps us to advertise to ten or more thousand people a week which brings in new members for us. This is how it all works. Patience and team work!

.

Once you become a team leader than your team will be helping you grow your residual income with GDI, your Email list and your multiple income streams! So it’s TOTALLY worth the wait!!!

.So here are some questions that you might have:

.

1st Question:

.

“What if I am getting my 1000 hits a week and I’m bored?

.

Answer: You can do two things:

.

a) One, keep moving forward with the Sixteen Steps. This will teach you many things you are gong to need to know to succeed online.

.

b) Two, increase your amount of hits each week. This will help the team move faster toward getting new people and will show your team leader how badly you want to be a new leader.

.

c) Three, if you are getting along with the Sixteen Steps, are hitting high percentage of hits a week (over 3-4 thousand) and are still bored, then contact me – I can show you an additional income source that will help you make money while you wait to become a team leader.

2nd Question:

“I’m having real difficulty hitting my 1000 hits a week. I’m doing a lot of work and still not getting there.”

Answer: You can do two things:

a) One, consider upgrading in some Traffic sites to make you job easier. I wrote a whole article about it. Please read it as it will help you a lot! Click here:

b) Two, if you don’t have money to upgrade and the work of getting hits is just two hard, I do have an alternative business type that might help you earn money online. You do not need to cancel your GDI subscription as I hope to help you earn the extra money you need to upgrade in your traffic sites so you can start getting your 1000 hits each week much easier than before. This will get you on track to become a team leader too!

So keep moving forward with your 1000 hits a week. I promise you if you keep steady and consistent, you will start earning and doing well with GDI Team Elite. Make sure you are completing the Sixteen Steps. This will save you YEARS of learning the hard way.

The Path to Six Figures:

So the path to six Figures must be able to be measurable.
My mentor showed me that you must be part of an opportunity that firstly even allows you the ability to make six figures.
.
That’s why when working with him, the opportunity he used had ways to make residual income and $100, $400 and $1000 bonus income. Residual income is the key factor but also if you can make an additional 400 – $1000 a month consistently then you can start to measure how close you are coming to that goal.
.

Measurable First Step:

GDI Team Elite has made one thing very clear to me. It has brought in new paying members consistently and that generally stick too. This is a measurable and encouraging.

.Second Measurable Step:

.
The second step that GDI Team Elite has done is that it has shown me that duplication is possible. Duplication of team leaders is the key. Once you have four to six good leaders under you, then things start to move away from you. Income starts to come in from “nowhere” as these teams begin to duplicate under you and soon you are not even a big part of it anymore.
.
I mean, for example, my sponsor team leader is making residual income from all my efforts! Haha! 
.
Four leaders that grow, who bring in 5 new members each, means $20 monthly (beside what members you have and are earning from on your first level). Anyway, no biggie but once your team members duplicate and get their four then we are talking $100 on the third level. And times this by four legs and you have $400. Of course it just keeps on going and growing. So $400 turns into $800 and eventually it becomes $800 on just one leg.

The key to this is DUPLICATION.
If it can’t duplicate then it can’t grow.
.
GDI Team Elite Helps you get 6 paid members. So once you have 6 x 6 leaders on five levels it’s like 7-9k a month
.
So put 6 into box called “number of referrals” and 6 into the box of the “number of levels”  and see what you get:

Third Measurable Step:

The third measurable step is building multiple streams of income. There are three really great income streams that work really well with GDI Team Elite. These are TrafficWave and The Power Leads System. Both of these allow you to build capture pages for your team and build your list. Traffic Wave is an essential part of becoming a team leader and is not expensive.

There is much more to TrafficWave that we could talk about but these are mentioned in a different article. You can see that here:

But The Power Leads System can change things very fast for you.

We’re talking the possibility of creating $600 residual income in your first 6 months and 10k a month residual in a year.

My personal mentor makes at least six Figures just from PLS. And he makes seven figures all together.
Also everyone who joins me in PLS has the opportunity to connect and be mentored by my seven figure mentor.

Nevertheless there are these concerns I want to make clear to everyone:

PLS is not like GDI Team Elite
GDI Team Elite works with Safelist marketing and this is because it allows trust to build and also is not expensive to join. These are very favorable to GDI.

2)
In my opinion, PLS needs to be introduced with a personal touch from the very beginning to be effective.
The advertising should be word of mouth or a personal connection via Facebook or social marketing as this allows trust to build. After that PLS is completely duplicatable all by itself. Just following the steps it gives is all you have to do.
.
But try doing PLS without the personal touch and you will see a lot of people dropping out.
This is because they don’t have that personal connection. Here is the importance of personal connection:

KNOW, LIKE & TRUST
.
Needless to say, without trust, people don’t stick.
.
This is why I encourage PLS later on as a possible income stream to those on my team who already know me and trust me.
.
Yes it’s a great step to connect with PLS and join, but it may be best to join AFTER you have become a team leader – if you can. Just realize that GDI Team Elite is possible to do without PLS but it will take longer.
.
With PLS, you can use the system with your capture pages and with your list and a multitude of other things that I don’t have the time to explain. But I will say this. Being mentored by my mentor Alan Cosens will change your life and change how you see online marketing. It will also change how you see GDI Team Elite. You will see your mailing list with a whole new set of eyes.

Tips on what it means to become a GDI Team Leader.
Part II:

What most people don’t realize is how MANY income streams you can build with GDI Team Elite!

So because of this lack of knowledge, when things don’t happen fast enough – they drop out.

The thing many don’t realize is that this is how business works. You’re going to have a “drop out rate”. But you’re also going to have a “retention rate” too.

GDI has a good product and is also a good company. I mean, I think its like the 36 fastest growing company in the US. and also is a Fortune 500 company. It has a BBB (Better Business Bureau) rating of A+. How can you get any better than that?

In addition GDI Team Elite really works. Because of these positives you will have people who stay. So being patient and persistent will eventually bring you success with GDI Team Elite.
One critical point in this is realizing that caring about your team is really important. If your team realize that you care and that you want to help them – this creates a bond and gives fuel for success with your team. 
 Email Marketing

It’s when team leaders don’t give real effort to be a good team leader that GDI Team Elite falls apart.

This is what happened to me at first. I was put on a team that the leader was not putting her whole heart into helping her team. And I felt that. She was still a good team leader but if she had just added a little more work and personal help she would have succeeded and helped us all to succeed too!

Two things I have learned from working with my mentor (a 7-figure online income earner) is that personal communication is KEY to building your online business.

Let me share two important places where communication is so vital.
1) Communication through advertising. GDI does amazing at this because of our team effort which hits the market with thousands of hits a week! Try getting multiple thousands of hits on your own each week and you will see how hard it is. 
2) Communication with your team. This is through email, and as many forms of personal contact as possible. Also building your GDI website and blog are helpful here too (as you can see!)
2) Communication through your email list. This builds momentum over time especially as your email list gets bigger and bigger. This opens the door to many new members joining over time as they see your consistency, your emails over the years and ads from your team!

Tips on what it means to become a GDI Team Leader.
Part I:
Ok, so I’m guessing you already know this but it doesn’t hurt to say it again:

If you stay with the program and put effort every week trying to get your 1000 hits, in time you will receive your six members and then you have the option to become a team leader. So lets get you thinking ahead and start there. My personal story of how I became a GDI Team leader was crazy and I will share that with you next week.
.
At that time you will see the bigger picture of how GDI Team Elite works. Here are some differences:
.
1) when you join and get your team link you are promoting the team leaders link and in return the team leader rewards your team effort by placing new members under you.
.
2) As the leader your whole team is building your email list. When you become a team leader your team will also help build YOUR list too!
 Email Marketing
.
3) As a team member you will get links to join Safelists and other advertising methods. The team leader sends out their link and you have the option to join under them as their downline. When you become a leader you will be SHARING YOUR links with your team! So as a team LEADER you are continually building your downline in traffic sources and Safelists.
.
4) As a team member you are given a GDI website or blog. But as a team leader you now have the opportunity to share your blog or website with your team. This allows you to build communication and help your team! It also allows you to build up your reader list and influence. Imagine with me for a moment how many people will connect with your website or blog over just a year or two year period! This is very important if you want to go full time with your GDI business.

Another point to remember is that you don’t have to be great at building your website or being a team leader. Just be yourself and keep working on getting a little better each week. If you do this in five years you should be great!
.

These three things allow you, as a LEADER, to build your email list, your traffic affiliate links and of course your membership base with GDI. What it really took! 

So you know I’m going to share something with you today that no one ever shared with me when I first got started trying to make income online in 2012.

At that time I had just lost my job as a kindergarten teacher because my school lost funding. I had three summer months paid left to try and replace my income.

I took all my investment money and spent It on trying to build an online business. I tried opportunity after opportunity and often worked ten hours days or longer. But by the end of the summer I had officially failed.

 


30 Minute List Building Challenge

 

Sure I had made a few hundred dollars but I had not figured out how to make consistent income online. So I got a new job but never really gave up. In fact as the years went by I kept pursuing my dream harder and harder.

I joined 40 different opportunities in the process and spent thousands of dollars. I met mentor after mentor and did everything they said but eventually realized they were just stringing me along.

Eventually I got really fed up with spinning my wheels and I came across a quote by Jim Rohn. It said: “Formal education will earn you a living but self education will earn you a fortune’

That quote propelled me in a new direction.

Instead of joining new opportunities and trying to find the answers in that, I just began looking for the answers by reading and through leaning online. I got serious and began studying marketing – “eating up” everything I could about advertising and business.

Eventually in the pursuit of knowledge I came across a mentor and seven figure online income earner by the name of Alan Cosens. I could tell from the beginning that he was the real deal. Not only that but he was open to talking. I was stunned! So began my conversations with Alan and I began seeing the actual process that he was using.

I realized at that point that I was way behind. I had been taking short cuts everywhere.

The odd thing is that most internet business encourage you to take the shortcuts. But looking back that was only because they were interested in making everything look easy and making another sale off of you.

 In the end I realized there was an actual skill involved here and a basic foundation of sales that was based on sales from way before internet days.

The internet only made things a little easier after you tweaked it a little. But all my problems were because I was disregarding these basic points

. I’m not going to go into all these points right now but I will point out a couple for you.

No.1:

One is that real work is required in giving real content of value to people.’

All the programs I had got involved with tried to steer you away from getting involved with your product personally. It all was geared towards automation and making everything “super easy to do.” Hear me out – those are good things but it NEVER replaces your passion about a product and your work to bring value to others.

When people see this, they know that their is something real and valuable there. They make a connection with you and subconsciously YOU become what they are BUYING. The actual product or service is just the icing.

No. 2:

And the other tip is real communication has to happen. Internet “automation” is only a plus but it definitely is NOT a replacement!

Ok so to sum up, once I started to make adjustments for these things I started making consistent income online.

One BIG question you may have as you do GDI Team Elite: 

How does this effect me?

Well, to be truthful, there are basic steps you will need to be doing to start implementing all of this:

  1. Create your website with GDI. This is REALLY important! Why? Because you are going to need to give real weekly advice and content to your team once you become a team leader. It’s ok if you’re not an expert. Begin by sharing what you are learning! That will be a great start. And start getting ready now. Take baby steps and start preparing.
  2. Being a team leader will mean people responding to all the advertising we are doing as a team. You will be connecting with them in real life – even if most of the time it is by email. Still how you respond is really important. Just being you and being real is the first step. Letting your personality come through in any and every way you can will really help.
  3. Start getting better at making videos and uploading them to YouTube.This sounds intimidating but take BABY STEPS. How else are they going to get to know you in this digital age? Make dead sure you don’t forget this! If you’re scared of doing a face shot video, just know two things: First – so was I. Second – there are ways to make video’s with voice only, so don’t despair! Eventually you will be adding your emails to the GDI Team emails once they reach the end of there cycle. You will want to share yourself in video form with potential new team members!
  4. Don’t forget to get your 1000 hits a week. This advertising is crucial for team success so make this your priority 🙂

If you are interested in seeing the real process and skills needed, you can follow me and Alan Cosens into the Power Leads System (PLS) and specifically into PLS Masterminds. By taking the free seven day tour of PLS you can join PLS Masterminds with Alan Cosens and walk through his actual system of “phases”. But beware. PLS does cost after a week trial and even though it is SO worth the money to get it, I don’t want you to lose focus on GDI Team Elite. If you have extra time and are having no problem getting your 1000 hits a week, then go for it. Otherwise, just relax and concentrate on the steps I told you above. And yes, when you are a team leader with GDI team Elite, you will be able to use PLS to create capture pages for your team.

Ok, so once you go though it you will start realizing my mentors process.

It will obviously not teach you everything but it is the foundation. This is where it all started for me and where I started realizing what was happening.
