Crucial Marketing Concepts

And Elizabeta went on to say that the more skillful a marketer you were, the less chance has to do with it.

Also, she explained that that having a team that KNOW, LIKE and TRUST you will bring you more sales as your team know that you are not just trying to get a sale and will buy from you. You are all about helping your team and therefore they trust you and know that you will only show them quality tools and programs. The minute you take advantage of them is when you lose that trust.

Building carefully upon this trust is what takes your marketing from chance to consistent sales.

Having said that, I want to share some advertising and marketing rules with you.

I will also share with you that I have found advertising GDI Team Elite much more predictable then any other opportunity that I’ve ever done. I think there is good reason behind this and that it has a lot to do with how GDI and GDI Team Elite marketing systems have been set up.

So now let’s get into it:

Advertising Key:

Ads must be:

1) Seen a lot with at least 1000 hits or more to know how they are working. Usually 1-3 subscribers is normal per 1000 hits (hits are not how many people you sent ads to. It is the amount of people actually clicking on your website).

2) Best performing capture pages should be shared and seen often (it’s like having meat & potatoes).

3) Switch up your pages to create interest (Like desert).

4) Have Creative & Fun pages in the batch.

5) Sent with Target

Market in mind (ex: Work from Home niche).

6) Break down niche even further to see inside Target Market (Ex: people tired of doing scam programs).

7) Make sure ads are seen on a LOT of Safelists so that if one area or Safelist/TE “dries up” from people on there with not enough interest , the others don’t. In other words, don’t put all your ads on one site only.

8) Sometimes it takes a person 7x to see an ad for them to decide to take action: If they see your picture or branding on many different pages this may also count.

So this equation may take a Week or a Month:

Week: if someone is a free member and has to click for credits and sees your ad once on every site they use for traffic they might come across your picture or ad seven times in a week

Month: If someone is an upgraded traffic member and only clicks on one tenth or one out of thirty of the ads on each traffic site, they might come across your picture or ad seven times in a month.

9) Most ads must be short and sweet pages (especially if using TE’s and often Safelists too) with just enough “meat” to create enough interest to get them to sign up but not too short (without enough “food” to create interest).

The art of getting. someone to sign up is:

A) Offering them something of REAL VALUE that they really need.

B) if you are a dentist you need to appeal to people with tooth aches.

If you are an online marketer appealing to work at home people, you need to appeal to those suffering from getting no signups,

not enough traffic

or those

not making enough money.

C) The wording is very important. Getting them to a FREE offer or something they TRUST is crucial. Then they can take a look and if they like it, they will step further and buy or test it. This is a great feature for GDI because it comes with a free week trial and is not expensive monthly.

10) Getting someone on your list is only half the battle. The next half is the email campaign you send them and the relationship you build with them through your emails and the amount of interest you create so they contact you.

“The View from the Valley”

This Christmas I want to share with you my appreciation for all your team effort. I’ve been where many of you are. I like to call it the “Valley of your Business”.

Its a place that’s hard to see your success from. Its different after you climb the “mountain” and look down and see how it all comes together!

You are still waiting for your six, you may be doing a thousand hits a week or are trying. Like I said, I was there and for a good while. And while I was there, It was hard for me to give full attention to GDI Team Elite.

In fact, I didn’t. I was just experimenting with it. I saw my sponsor and Team Leader Kathy doing very well with it and figured there HAD to be something I was missing! I was right. Kathy did have something up her sleeve I didn’t see.

But It wasn’t until I became a leader that the pieces of the puzzle suddenly fit. And this is primarily because I saw the details my seven figure mentor had shared with me coming together.

I think you may remember how I’ve told you that KNOW, LIKE and TRUST are the key elements in a business and the primary reason why most online business types don’t work. And if you have not experimented with 40 businesses like I have, you may think I keep raving on and on about this.

So let me paint a picture for you:

You typically start your business, go out there trying to advertise it and then realize that only one or two people ever sign in to find out more and these often don’t even pay to start. If you’re persistent, you will find a few sales like I did.

However, with GDI TE, its different. People connect with us and this MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD! Lets just say its the power of TRUST.

So, I’m saying all of this to just encourage you to be patient and eventually we will start climbing the mountain together where you will see everything change in front of your eyes!

Don’t forget to keep moving through the Sixteen Steps. The reason for this is because the bigger picture starts to present itself in Steps 11-16. Things like how your mailing list becomes the real focus of what you’re doing and building it and connecting to your new people will change your business.

Remember, once you are a leader your whole team helps you build YOUR LIST. This sounds like a little thing but its actually rather HUGE!

PS: So now keep scrolling down and see the additions we’ve made to Step Two and how to double your investment fund. If you haven’t created your fund yet, be sure to start. You can begin with a few cents or a few dollars. Whatever. Just start. Don’t use your fund and keep doubling it.

Step Two Additions

Part Three:

Doubling Your Investment Fund:

We want you to know that in Step Three we will be showing you how to double your investment with GDI. As you get toward Step Nine and toward getting your six members, you will eventually be making back your monthly investment too. This however, takes time and skill to make your team and your income duplicate. But that’s the goal!

In the meantime while your waiting, learning and getting there, we want to show you how to double your money in simple easy ways right outside your door!

While you are going through this lesson, make sure you are reading “The Richest Man in Babylon” so that you can get the most from this lesson.

One: Let’s go through some basics of making money:

1) “Profits are better than wages” Jim Rohn

What does that mean?

The meaning to this is that it’s better to earn a profit from selling something then it is to earn a wage working for someone else. This is because you can always increase your profits ten fold by increasimg your sellimg skills and what you sell, but this is not always the case working at a job. Does this mean to go quit your job? No, its just that working toward eventually quiting your job may be a good goal.

2) Evaluation of an Asset.

An asset is anything you receive, find or buy that you can use over and over again to create income.

An example would be a bus. Once you buy the bus, you can keep charging people to get on your bus over and over again.

Evaluation of an assett means that you are finding out what its true value is BEFORE you buy it. This way you can attempt to buy it cheap and sell it for more or so you can figure out how long it will take you to make your investment back.

3) Obtaining Asset:

Simply put, receiving, finding, or buying the asset. This may involve saving up to purchase it.

4) Buy “Low” sell “high”

This also could mean buying and finding out how long it will take to make your investment back and if it will be worth it. Buying low and Selling high is KEY to being able to make money. Often the hard part is knowing WHERE to buy it low.

5) Advertising

Advertising and Marketing are truly the reason that create the most headache inside business. If you don’t have enough advertising or don’t have the right marketing system to bring the right people to you – this can cause a business to fail. This is one of the reasons GDI Team Elite works. It has a great advertising and marketing system, UNLIKE MOST online business.

As far as advertising and marketing something to double your investment fund, there are local ways to do this that are usually effective (That we will discuss later).

6) Building Trust

Being able to have a marketing system that brings customers to you, so that you have the ability to earn thier “know”, “like”, and “trust” is crucial. Not many sales happen without these three things.

7) Activity

Hey, its just a fact. If you don’t work at it, you wont earn from it!

But along with activity. you need FAITH to believe that you can do it and then ACTIVITY connected to this faith.

8. Ability to read, grow and study opportunities.

I’m not sure if you know this but Warren Buffet spends half of his day just reading and studying business in some way. In this way, he grows better each and every day and becomes more knowledgable about the opportunites around him. This is what you need to do too. And that’s the reason you should read “The Richest Man in Babylon.” But also you should be looking on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace, your local paper or local online page that you can buy and sell from.

Two: Let’s do Something Practical to Double Our Investment Fund:

(This would equal to be Day 7 on the Doubling Penny Chart)

To Do:

Double your Dollar

Now to double a dollar…you have to think…

Candy bars…water…soda…anything like that.

You buy them cheap and sell them for a dollar…

Hey over one weekend I took $3 and bought 6 pack of sodas at a grocery store. I sold three sodas for $1 each to myself. I have a budget to buy them from the store anyway so I might as well sell them to myself! LOL! So I already got my $3 back. Then I found a12 pack of generic water for sale for $2 and big case of generic gummy’s also and had in mind who I could sell them too. So there’s some ideas and tips of what to do with your $3.

What your doing is instead of paying a store your profit – your paying yourself…as long as you or your family have a budget for groceries and snacks, than it will work!

This will only go so far however. So once you get your investment fund up to $10, it will be time to consider buying something else for a low price, advertising it in the local Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, newspaper or other. Consider buying something that you understand. For me it was furniture. My wife and I knew that if we could find a good piece of of furniture made with real wood, I could fix it up for a couple dollars (buying tool, wood glue or varnish from Home Depo) and turn it around and sell it for a good profit. Here’s an example of what I did:

This is a free way to make money using Craigslist. Have you sold anything on Craigslist before? It works really great if you know what your doing! For example: By chance one day I found a beautiful bed frame in a dumpster and it only needed some wood glue and a clamp and some stain to fix it up. I turned around and sold it for $100 in two days! I did that over and over again with futons, microwave ovens, bookshelves etc..I found them by accident as I would go to the store or around the neighborhood. I sold thousands of dollars of stuff in my spare time after work. Sometimes if you know what your doing you can find garage sales and buy stuff cheap and resell that too. But be carefull, you can also get taken and not make a cent. I can also show you how to make an ad and what to say and not say and how to test out prices. I usually made about 50% – 100% profit on what I sold!

Additional Notes:

Make sure your fund comes from your investment fund and not from your personal budget to live on!

Every way you double your fund is by using the fund in a knowledgeable way. This may take some time to research and make sure you are investing wisely.

Try to not spend your investment on anything less than a sure investment that is proven to double. Just make sure you don’t wait TOO LONG. There is always some amount of risk, you just want to make sure you’re not gambling.

Make a solid commitment not to spend your investment fund. It gets harder to not spend it when it gets to $10 – $100

Doubling your money gets harder as you go along. You can keep doubling your money with a strategy you master, however if you want to double it faster may involve learning a new skill. Even doubling $100 is harder then doubling $50

Spending your investment fund on things that are NOT investments, will separate you from the those who will or won’t make it. Some people cannot seem to stop from spending things on things that will not double their investment fund.

If you study the first 10 years of Warren Buffet – his strategy of doubling his money was vastly different than after the next 10 years. But he started out like anybody else…that’s what people forget.

In the next Step we’re going to learn how to create $25 with the GDI learning bonus! But don’t let this stop you from doubling your money in practical ways either. Having practical knowledge that you can use anywhere and with what is around you is crucial to your success.

Ok, Have you found your “WHY” and written it down? Send it to your Team Leader. Have you invested a dollar or more and are working to turn it into $!0? If you have completed this let your Team Leader know you are ready for Step 3!

How the 16 Steps Works and Creates Vision, Duplication & Success in GDI Team Elite:

The Sixteen Steps is a duplicatable system that uses GDI Team Elite and other relative income sources to help you create a six figure yearly income.

Ask your team leader what step you are on and what you can do to get to the next.

It all begins with Vision.

Have you seen the possibilities for what can happen for you with GDI Team Elite?

Let me break it down real quick:

Get five referrals and GDI pays out $5. No biggie right. But hold on. Each of those then refer five so now that means you’re making $25 on your 2nd level. Each of those refer 5 of their own. That’s $125 monthly on your 3rd level. If this continues on level four you would be making $625 and on level 5 you would be making $3125 per month. If you have six leaders do this instead of five that is $7776 mo. Create seven leaders and this would be $16,807

Now do you see what I’m talking about!

This is called leverage. The Sixteen Steps helps you understand how to create this.

Now of course this is hypothetical, but you know with everything if you don’t give up you will eventually find these people who are leaders like you, who love the product and the compensation plan and just stick.

“The Problem of Duplication”

The real problem in creating leverage, is being able to help someone do what you are doing.

Once you accomplish duplication, your pay and efforts double. When you build a team who can duplicate what you’re doing, you quadruple your earnings and then it begins to build away from you and all it needs is your supervision. You can become very rich very fast if you can create duplication with a good system that’s not scamming people.

That’s what the Sixteen Steps are all about.

If you take good notes on each of the Sixteen Steps and do them, in a year from now your life ought to be very different. I know that’s sounds crazy but if you trust me you will see how many income streams are built into these steps.

This next paragraph is from an online message I answered one of my clients:

“Every step I’ve put together is built on a year of personal pain learning it and what 6-figure earners do. You will see that nothing I have done is original except perseverance and connecting the dots. However, the business model I have chosen for the starting process and how I’ve connected multiple business types that compliment each other is original. Step Two:

Explain a big reason “why” you are doing this business. Make it bigger than just making extra income. If it’s just about extra income, you should be able to find a job that will be far easier to create that. If your “why” does not really effect you emotionally (we like to say if it doesn’t make you cry) then it may not be a big enough reason to motivate you to create the financial leverage that it takes. You will be needing to motivate others to work without seeing an immediate profit and this requires passion and skill.

My “why” is that I want to be able to free up my wife from working and so that we can travel the world and take out business with us. So that we are not locked into having to be in any one particular place except that it have an internet connection. I went to be able to have enough money to retire with and give my children currently and later. That dream has helped me weather years of only making a little money here and there until I finally figured out how to make consistent income online. And I will show this to you also. But first take a little time to identify your dream and why to yourself and then me.

Make sure you have written down your dream and your “why” so you can use it later to motivate yourself and to help and encourage your team.

Step Three:

The Fastest Method

To Get Your 1000 Hits

(that I know of )

First of all get an upgraded premium account with Europeansafelist .

This will give you one million credits a month and allow you to advertise 3x a day to about 17000 people. From just one ad each day you will get a little over 300 hits a week. So if you send 3 emails a day at different random times you should get about close to a 900 -1000 hits.

These hits are real and real people are clicking on these ads. The cost is $45 a month, I believe which turns into a $1.50 a day to save you hours of work each day. I’m used to spending $40 a week on one craigslist ad, so to me its totally worth it. Here’s the link to join Europeansafelist if you want to use this system. PS: if you want to get MORE than a 1000 a week you will need to sign up for the ebook called “Secrets of the Big Dogs” listed at the bottom of this blog post with my favorite traffic sources.

The Second Fastest Way:

You can buy some solo ads from Blast My Ads. Every time I use one of these solos I find I’m getting close to 400 hits or more. That’s incredible! Solos are being sent to 59 sites and over 108,000 members. So that explains why. I’ve done it two different ways. I’ve bought the year package for $174 and I got a LOT of solos. I can use one weekly. I remember sending out one per week for a LONG time and being very impressed how many solos I received. The other way is just to buy 10 solos for $20 and then that will give you one per week for 2 and a half months. This method still leaves you needing 600 hits to get which you can do by using the upgraded version of Referral Frenzy (which is really awesome) or upgrading to a lower more inexpensive level on Europeansafelist (and getting an additional 300 hits a week with one more email ad a day). Now you only need to earn 300 hits from free traffic or by upgrading to a another few smaller Safelist. You can go to Blast My Ads below or keep reading for the last strategy.

The Free Method.

I did this for four or five months. It was not hard work but it did take a lot of time. These days you can earn the points from viewing ads from just using your smart phone – so you can get around and don’t have to stay in one spot. Just be aware of your surrounding and don’t get too buried in your work that you forget to watch where you’re going! My daily work was just spending hours clicking on ads and earning credits. While you’re waiting for the timer to go on your viewing ads it is possible to have a little spare time to do other things. I used two email accounts especially for email ads and joined as many traffic Safelist’s as I could. But beware. There are some that don’t give you very many hits for all your effort getting credits. Also be careful of joining new business via these ads. I joined 40 of them over the course of many years and did not have any of the success I’m having from GDI Team Elite. There are specific reasons for this which you can find here.

The Safelist’s I mention give quality hits (and I’ve tested them for years) but you may need a bigger list to hit your 1000 hits. Just ask me and I will send you my complete list. Also if you can get a tracker to check who’s clicking your links and how many hits you’re getting – this will help you a lot. You can get a really great one that I use called Buildabizonline and it’s only $5 or $6 a month! Usually the price is $10 a month so this is a real bargain. I use this tracker and rotator with our team links every week.

Tips on what it means to become a GDI Team Leader.

Part II:

What most people don’t realize is how MANY income streams you can build with GDI Team Elite!

So because of this lack of knowledge, when things don’t happen fast enough – they drop out.

The thing many don’t realize is that this is how business works. You’re going to have a “drop out rate”. But you’re also going to have a “retention rate” too.

GDI has a good product and is also a good company. I mean, I think its like the 36 fastest growing company in the US. and also is a Fortune 500 company. It has a BBB (Better Business Bureau) rating of A+. How can you get any better than that?

In addition GDI Team Elite really works. Because of these positives you will have people who stay. So being patient and persistent will eventually bring you success with GDI Team Elite.

One critical point in this is realizing that caring about your team is really important. If your team realize that you care and that you want to help them – this creates a bond and gives fuel for success with your team.

It’s when team leaders don’t give real effort to be a good team leader that GDI Team Elite falls apart.

This is what happened to me at first. I was put on a team that the leader was not putting her whole heart into helping her team. And I felt that. She was still a good team leader but if she had just added a little more work and personal help she would have succeeded and helped us all to succeed too!

Two things I have learned from working with my mentor (a 7-figure online income earner) is that personal communication is KEY to building your online business.

Let me share two important places where communication is so vital.

1) Communication through advertising. GDI does amazing at this because of our team effort which hits the market with thousands of hits a week! Try getting multiple thousands of hits on your own each week and you will see how hard it is.

2) Communication with your team. This is through email, and as many forms of personal contact as possible. Also building your GDI website and blog are helpful here too (as you can see!)

2) Communication through your email list. This builds momentum over time especially as your email list gets bigger and bigger. This opens the door to many new members joining over time as they see your consistency, your emails over the years and ads from your team!

Tips on what it means to become a GDI Team Leader.

Part I:

Ok, so I’m guessing you already know this but it doesn’t hurt to say it again:

If you stay with the program and put effort every week trying to get your 1000 hits, in time you will receive your six members and then you have the option to become a team leader. So lets get you thinking ahead and start there. My personal story of how I became a GDI Team leader was crazy and I will share that with you next week.

At that time you will see the bigger picture of how GDI Team Elite works. Here are some differences:

1) when you join and get your team link you are promoting the team leaders link and in return the team leader rewards your team effort by placing new members under you.

2) As the leader your whole team is building your email list. When you become a team leader your team will also help build YOUR list too!

3) As a team member you will get links to join Safelists and other advertising methods. The team leader sends out their link and you have the option to join under them as their downline. When you become a leader you will be SHARING YOUR links with your team! So as a team LEADER you are continually building your downline in traffic sources and Safelists.

4) As a team member you are given a GDI website or blog. But as a team leader you now have the opportunity to share your blog or website with your team. This allows you to build communication and help your team! It also allows you to build up your reader list and influence. Imagine with me for a moment how many people will connect with your website or blog over just a year or two year period! This is very important if you want to go full time with your GDI business.

Another point to remember is that you don’t have to be great at building your website or being a team leader. Just be yourself and keep working on getting a little better each week. If you do this in five years you should be great!
