How are you this week my friends?

This week we had 5 subscribers, 1 person asked for links, 2 people emailed me back and 0 signups.

Congrats to Igor for his first Team Letter! His team hit 9135 hits and 4 subscribers.

Congrats to Steve who is now in Step Nine and eligible to be our newest upcoming team leader!

Thanks to Elizabeth for helping us with all The Sixteen Steps. We are now working on Step 13 – 16 to make them better. Her team hit a total of 12,988 hits this week and 28 subscribers! Awesome!!!

Arthurs team had hits and subscribers too.

Torab (under Arthur) is a Team leader too and is feeling a lot better now and working on re-familiarizing himself with the Steps for a team leader.

We did combined total of 8,765 hits this week. Last week we did 9,945. If you add both mine, Elizabeta’s team and Igor’s together we had 33,588 hits and 21,853 last week! Thank you for all your hits this week. For some we need to put in some more effort. We could NOT have done that many hits without ALL of your help. This combined total allowed us to bring in MANY new subscribers to our lists and this is where new members come from. We also had 0 new members this week
( 0 on Downline team and 0 on Elizabeta’s team & Igor’s team), so remember how important you are to all of this.

Ideas On Building Your Subscriber List

This week I have added a lot of content to “Advanced Traffic and Marketing Secrets”

You can see it here

One idea I want to share with you is that sometimes you have to reach out to a bigger niche market when your market begins to dry up a little. Let me show you what I mean:

If you notice this capture page, you will see that GDI Team Elite is not mentioned on here at all.

Normally our niche is reaching those that are tired of playing games with most of the online businesses out there. They are tired of the hype and nonsense they see constantly every day. GDI Team Elite has been around a long time and is known for its reliability and “non fluff”.

However, sometimes our target niche runs a little dry and you need to branch out a little and reach the bigger market of those trying to make their business work. Often these people don’t know anything about “know, like and trust” and what it really takes to make consistent sales online.

So now it’s important to reach them with something they need: help with advertising, marketing, and business advise on growing their business.

Take a second to see my page and what I’m offering here.

This page is just a sample page and has not been tested fully. However for the sake of this article – If you notice I’m offering a lot. These are things I’ve collected and joined over the years. Things like Secrets of the Big Dogs, TE Profits, and knowledge of Safelists & traffic exchanges where you can get tons of traffic. I’ve even included some pages on network marketing, facebook marketing etc…

*NOTE: I also will give you a basic copy of this marketing page too if you ask me.

If you go there you will see all I am giving. But notice that I don’t give it to them as soon as they sign up. I take them to a web page that directs them to contact me first. From that connection with me, I will share my web page with them but I will also try to make a real connection with them and build some “know, like and trust.”

Then I will continue to keep in touch with them via my mailing list that they subscribed to. The mailers they will receive are all modified a little for their specific need but are basically GDI Team Elite emails.

This is an ADVANCED TECHNIQUE so please don’t try this unless you are either a good marketer or until you get to Step 12 and 13.

This way we are still able to build our mailing list and exposing people to GDI Team Elite through our email autoresponder campaigns.

So now I hope you were able to get some solid ideas from this article!.

I hope that you also will be inspired to put together some great pages from things you learn that you can share with people too.

Just a point of interest, Elizabeta has had much more success with this method than I had. She shared a book with me called “Influence, The Phychology Of Persuasion” by Robert B. Cialdini Phd. Crucial Marketing Concepts

And Elizabeta went on to say that the more skillful a marketer you were, the less chance has to do with it.

Also, she explained that that having a team that KNOW, LIKE and TRUST you will bring you more sales as your team know that you are not just trying to get a sale and will buy from you. You are all about helping your team and therefore they trust you and know that you will only show them quality tools and programs. The minute you take advantage of them is when you lose that trust.

Building carefully upon this trust is what takes your marketing from chance to consistent sales.

Having said that, I want to share some advertising and marketing rules with you.

I will also share with you that I have found advertising GDI Team Elite much more predictable then any other opportunity that I’ve ever done. I think there is good reason behind this and that it has a lot to do with how GDI and GDI Team Elite marketing systems have been set up.

So now let’s get into it:

.

Advertising Key:

Ads must be:

1) Seen a lot with at least 1000 hits or more to know how they are working. Usually 1-3 subscribers is normal per 1000 hits (hits are not how many people you sent ads to. It is the amount of people actually clicking on your website).

2) Best performing capture pages should be shared and seen often (it’s like having meat & potatoes).

3) Switch up your pages to create interest (Like desert).

4) Have Creative & Fun pages in the batch.

5) Sent with Target

Market in mind (ex: Work from Home niche).

6) Break down niche even further to see inside Target Market (Ex: people tired of doing scam programs).

7) Make sure ads are seen on a LOT of Safelists so that if one area or Safelist/TE “dries up” from people on there with not enough interest , the others don’t. In other words, don’t put all your ads on one site only.

8) Sometimes it takes a person 7x to see an ad for them to decide to take action: If they see your picture or branding on many different pages this may also count.

So this equation may take a Week or a Month:

Week: if someone is a free member and has to click for credits and sees your ad once on every site they use for traffic they might come across your picture or ad seven times in a week

Month: If someone is an upgraded traffic member and only clicks on one tenth or one out of thirty of the ads on each traffic site, they might come across your picture or ad seven times in a month.

9) Most ads must be short and sweet pages (especially if using TE’s and often Safelists too) with just enough “meat” to create enough interest to get them to sign up but not too short (without enough “food” to create interest).

The art of getting. someone to sign up is:

A) Offering them something of REAL VALUE that they really need.

B) if you are a dentist you need to appeal to people with tooth aches.

If you are an online marketer appealing to work at home people, you need to appeal to those suffering from getting no signups,

not enough traffic

or those

not making enough money.

C) The wording is very important. Getting them to a FREE offer or something they TRUST is crucial. Then they can take a look and if they like it, they will step further and buy or test it. This is a great feature for GDI because it comes with a free week trial and is not expensive monthly.

10) Getting someone on your list is only half the battle. The next half is the email campaign you send them and the relationship you build with them through your emails and the amount of interest you create so they contact you.

Success, Failure & Scams

Anything of value is created by real work and patience. Don’t be lured by instant success or fast money.

One mentor I had many years ago said “success is the lack of failure”.

Think about that for a moment! In order for there to be success you have had to fail over and over again and have learned from many mistakes and completely freed yourself from most forms of failure.

The thing is that often while you’re surfing ads online, success is seen as a really cool capture image, or the perfect title or new way of grabbing your attention.

Even though this is ALL important, there is WAY more to it than that. The problem is that MOST online business opportunities have a CRUCIAL ERROR that causes people to sign up and then move on to the next dazzling thing.

The error is in the autoresponder, the landing page and the email follow up series. Typically, online business capture your info and then move you to landing page that encourages you to pay and join. This is a crucial error!

GDI Team Elite does not do this as its email campaign encourages real communication.

You see that is NOT an error for a huge company like Walmart or Target. But for much smaller and less known business opportunities this is a deadly move. The reason is because of this formula:

KNOW, LIKE & TRUST.

I want you to think really hard about this formula for a second. You see, it’s the most important thing about sales. Walmart has already attained Know, Like & Trust. But if you’ve never heard of a particular business, those elements are missing. Some in parts and some in whole.

Be careful of FAST Money promises online:

So here are some questions for you to think about when you are surfing online ads. You can see possible answers below these questions:

1) Is this “get tons of money system” using the same advertising as you are? This is important to take note of.

2) So do you think they’re making so much more money than you are because they have a sexier capture page or a simpler one or have something better?

3) Do they have an “amazing new done for you system” that is more modern, more advanced, or more of something else that is somehow “killing it”?

Answers:

People may find these capture pages interesting, curious and maybe even very tempting and put in name and number but only a small percentage of these actually end up buying. This is because they have little KNOW, LIKE or TRUST.

Also if they have no real way of communicating with you or allowing for you to meet them, it will have a low amount of sales again because of the know, like and trust factor again.

A common factor of bridging the “know” factor is to advertise like crazy so that people see their ads all over the place. When you see an ad close to seven times you are much more likely to opt in to find out more. However, this still does not take the place of like and trust.

If they have videos on a web page and personal stories – they might bridge this gap too. However, if you NEVER really end up talking to someone – and building a real relationship you will most likely buy the program and then end up giving up on it as it takes so much advertising power just to even make a few sales. Believe me, I’ve been there.

One more interesting business tactic is to make a business seem like it will be easy to make sales and that all your marketing problems will be over once you join. There are many ways to convince you that this is true including testimonials and even “fear of loss” marketing via email or landing page where you can even see or feel “missing out” every word you read or by every new person that seems to be joining while you wait.

Please believe me, I was under a rock star marketer that made signing up my guarantee of success. Yet it made no difference. There are no “free rides” when it comes to success. Failure will bite you at the beginning or at the end.

.Let me share my story with you. Like I said I’ve been in 40 different opportunities and worked most of them hard. In one I made $500 my first month but could not do it again even though I gave myself five years to try.

.I did create residual income though with this company which opened my eyes that residual income really works. I still make residual income from work I did in 2005.

.I’ve seen all the ads and tried almost all the stuff and it’s very deceiving.

True internet wealth is built one step at a time and one person who trusts you at a time.

It comes down to building your list and building your marketing reach really big over many years of consistent effort into a few income streams that all support each other.

.It impossible to build this jumping from program to program.

So all this has to be supported by a job in the beginning to make sure you can take care of your family as you know. But don’t fall for the fast wealth machines that are out there. They don’t work. I’ve spent $1000’s on many of them trying them out getting mentored by the big shots. What a waste of time.

.Just remember two things: build your list and build communication one person at a time. You will come across amazing people in time who take your business to the next level.

.Last year I spent over $900 in a company called MOBE trying one more time to make a killing online. That company got nailed by the FTC and I nearly got over my my head in debt too.

.My mentor Alan didn’t want me to join them, but I wanted to make a lot quickly so I did and regretted it.

.There’s a lot of hype around online business. I guess it fills the “Desired Result” of what people are seeking. Still I try to be honest with people but try not to discourage their hopes of success too.

My final thoughts are concentrate on solid business. GDI has an A+ in the Better Business Bureau and is one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. That says a lot!
