This week I want to share with you some mistakes I made when I first started GDI Team Elite. Hopefully you can ovoid these:

Mistakes I Made in GDI Team Elite

When I first joined GDI Team Elite, I remember clearly wondering what I would experience. From the beginning, I had a lot of doubts that GDI Team Elite would work. So I never gave it my full attention. And you will see in each instance and story below how I “got by” but never really gave it my all. I regret this now but this regret comes now with the knowledge that this system really works. If I had given it my all a year and a half ago, things would be very different in my life! But that’s just “spilled milk” now.

So my first experience and mistake was getting the first five team emails from my sponsor Kathy and skimming through them briefly. Since I had a lot of experience with online business before, I didn’t think I was going to learn much so you can see how wrong I was from the very start.

For years I had been slowly upgrading in Safelist traffic sites So getting my first thousand hits a week was easy. In fact by this time I was getting about 2000 – 3000 hits a week. But I made sure i just did the minimum and no more. Each week I was hitting 900-1000 hits but I was still promoting my other business opportunities with the remaining credits. I had no idea that GDI Team Elite was so effective or I would have given more credits to my team. Second mistake.

Getting my thousand hits a week continued for months and months. By the time six months had rolled around, I had been given one or two new members under me. I was happy about this but after trying to connect with the two members by email, I didn’t get much of a response, so I stopped trying to stay in touch. Third mistake. What I didn’t realize is that these people were the beginning of my new team and I had the chance for them to meet me and to help them and earn their trust. But instead I let it go.

Third Mistake:

One new member I had, needed help putting her website together and I thought this was outrageous to help her – since no one ever had given me their time to help me make mine. I had gone through all the pain of learning myself and stumbled a lot. Also I did not really remember many of the steps I had figured out as I just moved on from one to the next quickly, so it was a pain to have to try and figure this out again for someone else. But Kathy encouraged me to help her, so I listened. I helped my new member get things set up basically with her website but during this process I remember her being a little bit rude to me and also not appreciative of my help. This really bothered me and I lost more interest in helping my new team.

Fourth Mistake:

Every week I remember getting a team update from my team leader and I at least gave the time to look at it and check my stats. But what I should have been doing is to take a couple minutes each week and connected with my leader and share my thoughts and concerns with her. As it was, I did actually write her from time to time but just like everything else, it was only half heartedly.

Fifth Mistake:

My fifth mistake was not exactly my fault. Here’s how it happened. Early on, Kathy had moved me under another member of her team but I didn’t know this. In time she got her six and became a new team leader under Kathy. So now I was on a new team and it was strange and new. It was also a little sad for me because It had taken me a year to make up my mind to join GDI Team Elite and I specifically joined under Kathy for a reason. I could tell she knew what she was doing! Anyway, there was little I could do about it and anyway, Kathy was still there to help me if I needed it. If there was a mistake I could learn from it was the mistake of not connecting more with my original team leader Kathy.

Sixth Mistake:

I kept doing my thousand hits but I was growing tired of spending a thousand hits a week on something I was steadily growing discouraged with. So I emailed my new team leader and she encouraged me to pay $10 every three months for hits through a different traffic site. I thought this was great and I could pay what amounted to $3 a month for my thousand hits. Man, I liked that! I began to track my hits and noticed that I really couldn’t see who was clicking on my team link even though it showed me the IP address etc…This bothered me a little bit, but I trusted that my new leader knew what she was doing.

One month I decide to try out this “auto hits” with one of my own business opportunities just to see if it had any good results. I thought to myself “well, if it does good then I will be able to ramp up my other business opps too!”

But instead of being pleased with the hits, I found that I had zero opt ins with this and of course zero sign ups too. With my own advertising campaigns I usually had at least two or three opt ins a week at the least. But with this auto hits – nothing. Now I was really concerned but had no motivation to change as I saw little effect of being on this team as apposed to my own opportunities. It wasn’t a surprise then that this team eventually folded and I lost complete interest in it.

Just before anything else happened, something interesting happened with one of my business opportunities. I met a seven figure income earner who took me “under his wing” and showed me what I should be doing. It’s hard to share all I learned as this is a whole different story. But I began making consistent income online. However, I found myself on the phone a LOT and this really bugged me. My mentor had figured out a way to stay away from the phone but I couldn’t do it yet. Nevertheless, the basic principles he used stuck in my head and changed my whole business approach.

By this time I had connected with Kathy via Facebook and we were talking every once in a while. She asked me how I was doing and I told her about what happened with my old team. She knew I knew how to get a thousand hits easily each week so I think she was inspired to ask me if I would like to be a new team leader. I was really surprised. But I wasn’t really excited about it either. To me at this point, it was more of a distraction away from other business opportunities that I thought held much more promise. Here again was another mistake in my mind but at least I didn’t make the mistake of telling Kathy “no”!

Wow – That was Fast!

I agreed to be a team leader and soon Kathy had given me my six members. It all happened very quickly – I’m guessing It was within a month. But I was far from ready and I remember Kathy helping me to learn all the steps. Soon after I became a team leader, I decided to give more hits to my team and something strange began to happen. I began to get requests from people to join my team and then actual signups started happening. This was a surprise – to say the least! This had not happened with any of the online business opportunities I had been in. Sure – I had made a bunch of sales and thousands of dollars over the years but nothing consistent. And here I was getting signups and new paying customers every week!

A Step in the Right Direction:

Since no one on my team was really hitting a thousand hits yet, I tried to make up for it by giving almost all my hits to the team. And I kept getting more and more signups and the team kept growing. At one point Kathy asked me how I was getting so many signups. I thought I knew the answer and told her, but in hindsight, marketing is a very strange thing. Sometimes you get multiple signups and sometimes you don’t. But the key is to keep advertising! Anyway, I was very pleased that Kathy was happy about how I was doing!

It was at this point that I realized some really important things I had not seen before.

First of all, my team was helping me grow my email list. My mentor had made this very clear that this step is vital to success. In fact he would often say that for him, his marketing began the moment someone opted in to his email list. I had always thought that it all began with advertising. But building relationships through your email list is where it’s at and this is why GDI Team Elite works! I Anyway, so for my team to help me build my list, I in turn give new members away under them. But I realized this didn’t take away my income at all. GDI has figured it all out really well.

Second, duplication was happening and when this happens, then this allows you to build s huge residual income in time.

This all got me very excited and I began to realize all the mistakes I had made. I started making amends to these and connecting each week with my team.

I also realized that it was a lack of education and understanding that caused people to lose hope. Also my mentor had taught me well that communication was the key to online success, so I began to attempt to communicate with my team in every way possible: Email, Skype, Facebook Messenger, and sometimes even by phone.

The thing to learn from all this is that it’s important to communicate but it’s also important to not try and manipulate your team to be active or participate. In the end that is their decision and all you can do is let them know you’re available and encourage them.

I hope this has helped you so you can see through different eyes and get a vision of what GDI Team Elite can do for you. One big mistake I DIDN’T make was giving up. Be patient and persistent and it will pay off in the end!

The Path to Six Figures:

So the path to six Figures must be able to be measurable.

My mentor showed me that you must be part of an opportunity that firstly even allows you the ability to make six figures.

That’s why when working with him, the opportunity he used had ways to make residual income and $100, $400 and $1000 bonus income. Residual income is the key factor but also if you can make an additional 400 – $1000 a month consistently then you can start to measure how close you are coming to that goal.

Measurable First Step:

GDI Team Elite has made one thing very clear to me. It has brought in new paying members consistently and that generally stick too. This is a measurable and encouraging.

.Second Measurable Step:

The second step that GDI Team Elite has done is that it has shown me that duplication is possible. Duplication of team leaders is the key. Once you have four to six good leaders under you, then things start to move away from you. Income starts to come in from “nowhere” as these teams begin to duplicate under you and soon you are not even a big part of it anymore.

I mean, for example, my sponsor team leader is making residual income from all my efforts! Haha!

Four leaders that grow, who bring in 5 new members each, means $20 monthly (beside what members you have and are earning from on your first level). Anyway, no biggie but once your team members duplicate and get their four then we are talking $100 on the third level. And times this by four legs and you have $400. Of course it just keeps on going and growing. So $400 turns into $800 and eventually it becomes $800 on just one leg.

The key to this is DUPLICATION.

If it can’t duplicate then it can’t grow.

GDI Team Elite Helps you get 6 paid members. So once you have 6 x 6 leaders on five levels it’s like 7-9k a month

So put 6 into box called “number of referrals” and 6 into the box of the “number of levels” and see what you get:

Third Measurable Step:

The third measurable step is building multiple streams of income. There are three really great income streams that work really well with GDI Team Elite. These are TrafficWave and The Power Leads System. Both of these allow you to build capture pages for your team and build your list. Traffic Wave is an essential part of becoming a team leader and is not expensive.

There is much more to TrafficWave that we could talk about but these are mentioned in a different article. You can see that here:

But The Power Leads System can change things very fast for you.

We’re talking the possibility of creating $600 residual income in your first 6 months and 10k a month residual in a year.

My personal mentor makes at least six Figures just from PLS. And he makes seven figures all together.

Also everyone who joins me in PLS has the opportunity to connect and be mentored by my seven figure mentor.

Nevertheless there are these concerns I want to make clear to everyone:

PLS is not like GDI Team Elite

GDI Team Elite works with Safelist marketing and this is because it allows trust to build and also is not expensive to join. These are very favorable to GDI.

In my opinion, PLS needs to be introduced with a personal touch from the very beginning to be effective.

The advertising should be word of mouth or a personal connection via Facebook or social marketing as this allows trust to build. After that PLS is completely duplicatable all by itself. Just following the steps it gives is all you have to do.

But try doing PLS without the personal touch and you will see a lot of people dropping out.

This is because they don’t have that personal connection. Here is the importance of personal connection:

KNOW, LIKE & TRUST

Needless to say, without trust, people don’t stick.

This is why I encourage PLS later on as a possible income stream to those on my team who already know me and trust me.

Yes it’s a great step to connect with PLS and join, but it may be best to join AFTER you have become a team leader – if you can. Just realize that GDI Team Elite is possible to do without PLS but it will take longer.

With PLS, you can use the system with your capture pages and with your list and a multitude of other things that I don’t have the time to explain. But I will say this. Being mentored by my mentor Alan Cosens will change your life and change how you see online marketing. It will also change how you see GDI Team Elite. You will see your mailing list with a whole new set of eyes.

Ok, so the first thing to realize when understanding how to make big money with GDI Team Elite using the Sixteen Steps is that the KEY ingredient here being MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS.

I believe this is the reason our GDI Team Elite Leaders used this autoresponder. One BIG BONUS for using this TrafficWave is that our GDI Team Elite leaders build you the capture pages and connects them to a team tracker that tracks the hits for you and builds all the autoresponder follow up emails ALL FOR YOU FOR FREE! This is huge. This would cost a lot of money normally (as I know what my seven figure mentor charges to put together pages for you. He charges like a $100 per page). But GDI Team Elite does this for you for free. Then you have the autoresponder itself that allows you to connect with your new contacts and builds your email list!

Its do-able and people join GDI each month because it is affordable and opens the doors to people all over the world to participate.

GDI Team Elite has taken advantage of this and has created a super marketing system that works better than any program I have seen on the market using Safelist advertising.

Cons:

It’s only a $1 per monthly paying customer.

It takes a long time to create a big enough team and duplication.

Traffic Wave

Pros:

Pro’s They pay 100% commission on first level sale for first month!

You can earn residual income on your team but it is like 8-12 cents per customer on your downline.

TrafficWave is a professional Autoresponder they allows you to have unlimited number of subscribers (from what I hear – which most professional autoresponders DON’T do).

TrafficWave is also much cheaper than most professional Autoresponders but yet is still a quality service.

Cons:

You have to quality with at least one monthly sale to get residual income from your team. The more personal referrals you make, the more residual income you make.

PLS

Pro’s:

The monthly residual pay is much higher then the two former business.

The residual downline pay plan is amazing and just from one person you refer who brings in ten people, you would be making $100 residual each month (not even from your own effort)

The ability to go full time much faster is a real possibility.

Has three great bonus commissions you can make for $100, $400 and $1000

Cons:

The Secret To Why GDI Works:

First Steps:

So it’s important to realize that if you want GDI Team Elite to work for you, you need to work it.

There are Sixteen Steps to Success with GDI Team Elite and if you have not completed steps 1-4 then make sure you contact your team leader to have them send you the first step.

Step 1 opens the door for effective communication online. Step 2 allows you to identify your goals. Step 3 helps you obtain your $25 Starter Bonus. And step 4 your team leader will send you 6 emails with instructions on how to advertise GDI Team Elite. After this you will be given your six new members in the course of time. Once you get your six you will be able to become a new team leader.

I have been in 30-40 different business opportunities online since 2012 and found little success with them. But that all changed when I came across my seven figure income mentor and then GDI Team Elite a bit later.

The very fact that new people connect with us via email is the key to why GDI Team Elite works. There are three important aspects of Success that I leaned from my mentor. These were:

For many years I tried selling things online and bought TONS of advertising. But I’m not sure you realize how hard it is to sell things to people you don’t know – even with hundreds of thousands of hits a month!

People, as a rule are very suspicious (and very understandably so). People may opt in with name and email address to see your program but rarely buy and if they do it’s rare. Usually they don’t hang around very long with the program for many different reasons. One of the big reasons is because they have no real connection with anyone and also they have a really hard time just like I did making sales. This problem starts and then just keeps being passed down from one person to the next. But GDI TEAM ELITE does it right from the beginning. It opens the door for trust to be built and then passes this secret on to each team leader.

BUT IF THIS SECRET IS NOT RECOGNIZED OR UNDERSTOOD, THE LEADER MAY EVENTUALLY DROP OUT.

The secret to success online is for people to get to know you, then like you and then trust you. That’s it. Knowing this and implementing it are two different things.

Let me give you an example:

A while back I began sharing my online opportunities to people on Craigslist. I did NOT share the link with them on the ad. Instead I put a phone number for them to call me. They often would call and I would talk with them. They would get to know me then like me and then trust me and sign up with my programs. I began making consistent income with this method. But I was spending a HUGE amount of time on the phone – which I didn’t like. So when I realized that GDI TEAM ELITE duplicated this same system only through EMAIL – I was amazed!

(Remember back to how you connected with me and think how it all began. Now do you see!)

Ok, let me explain some more:

I spent many years learning 10 principles to online marketing and the one key ingredient I could never seem to integrate was active communication between team members and new potential customers online. Building your Dream starts from within and grows from here.

My advice:

Work together on your dream everyday with God and fashion the dream from within your heart and mind.

Everything starts there and is built from there.

Work on your dream everyday. Build it in your mind and in your daily actions.

I wake up every morning and thank God for the day and connect with Him and then share my dream with Him. I then explore what the dream looks like and what I have been doing to build it. Then I look into the future at where I think it’s going and what it could turn into for myself and others.

The second you lose sight of your dream and lose belief in it – that second your dream begins to fall apart. So Building it up in your mind daily is important.

The thing is that you don’t have to understand it all… just be building it.

The definition of success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.”

Earl Nightingale

Notice how it said “progressive”.

Building your dream begins in your mind each day but its very important your daily actions work together in building this.

How the 16 Steps Works and Creates Vision, Duplication & Success in GDI Team Elite:

The Sixteen Steps is a duplicatable system that uses GDI Team Elite and other relative income sources to help you create a six figure yearly income.

Ask your team leader what step you are on and what you can do to get to the next.

It all begins with Vision.

Have you seen the possibilities for what can happen for you with GDI Team Elite?

Let me break it down real quick:

Get five referrals and GDI pays out $5. No biggie right. But hold on. Each of those then refer five so now that means you’re making $25 on your 2nd level. Each of those refer 5 of their own. That’s $125 monthly on your 3rd level. If this continues on level four you would be making $625 and on level 5 you would be making $3125 per month. If you have six leaders do this instead of five that is $7776 mo. Create seven leaders and this would be $16,807

Now do you see what I’m talking about!

This is called leverage. The Sixteen Steps helps you understand how to create this.

Here is the GDI Income Calculator

Now of course this is hypothetical, but you know with everything if you don’t give up you will eventually find these people who are leaders like you, who love the product and the compensation plan and just stick.

“The Problem of Duplication”

The real problem in creating leverage, is being able to help someone do what you are doing.

Once you accomplish duplication, your pay and efforts double. When you build a team who can duplicate what you’re doing, you quadruple your earnings and then it begins to build away from you and all it needs is your supervision. You can become very rich very fast if you can create duplication with a good system that’s not scamming people.

That’s what the Sixteen Steps are all about.

If you take good notes on each of the Sixteen Steps and do them, in a year from now your life ought to be very different. I know that’s sounds crazy but if you trust me you will see how many income streams are built into these steps.

This next paragraph is from an online message I answered one of my clients:

“Every step I’ve put together is built on a year of personal pain learning it and what 6-figure earners do. You will see that nothing I have done is original except perseverance and connecting the dots. However, the business model I have chosen for the starting process and how I’ve connected multiple business types that compliment each other is original. If you’re with me I would love to show you the steps and how powerful each one is. If you have 10 mins a day and two additional hours a week to support your growing team we can do this!”

Step One:

Communication is the KEY to our success. This will help us walk through all 10 steps together. Give quality time to communicate with your team leader and your team. Most communication can be done through email but there are times when Skype or Facebook Messenger will help us better.

Step Two:

Explain a big reason “why” you are doing this business. Make it bigger than just making extra income. If it’s just about extra income, you should be able to find a job that will be far easier to create that. If your “why” does not really effect you emotionally (we like to say if it doesn’t make you cry) then it may not be a big enough reason to motivate you to create the financial leverage that it takes. You will be needing to motivate others to work without seeing an immediate profit and this requires passion and skill.

My “why” is that I want to be able to free up my wife from working and so that we can travel the world and take out business with us. So that we are not locked into having to be in any one particular place except that it have an internet connection. I went to be able to have enough money to retire with and give my children currently and later. That dream has helped me weather years of only making a little money here and there until I finally figured out how to make consistent income online. And I will show this to you also. But first take a little time to identify your dream and why to yourself and then me.

Make sure you have written down your dream and your “why” so you can use it later to motivate yourself and to help and encourage your team.

Step Three:

The Fastest Method

To Get Your 1000 Hits

(that I know of )

First of all get an upgraded premium account with Europeansafelist .

This will give you one million credits a month and allow you to advertise 3x a day to about 17000 people. From just one ad each day you will get a little over 300 hits a week. So if you send 3 emails a day at different random times you should get about close to a 900 -1000 hits.

These hits are real and real people are clicking on these ads. The cost is $45 a month, I believe which turns into a $1.50 a day to save you hours of work each day. The Second Fastest Way:

You can buy some solo ads from Blast My Ads. Every time I use one of these solos I find I’m getting close to 400 hits or more. That’s incredible! Solos are being sent to 59 sites and over 108,000 members. So that explains why. I’ve done it two different ways. I’ve bought the year package for $174 and I got a LOT of solos. I can use one weekly. I remember sending out one per week for a LONG time and being very impressed how many solos I received. The other way is just to buy 10 solos for $20 and then that will give you one per week for 2 and a half months. This method still leaves you needing 600 hits to get which you can do by using the upgraded version of Referral Frenzy (which is really awesome) or upgrading to a lower more inexpensive level on Europeansafelist (and getting an additional 300 hits a week with one more email ad a day). Now you only need to earn 300 hits from free traffic or by upgrading to a another few smaller Safelist. You can go to Blast My Ads below or keep reading for the last strategy.

The Free Method.

I did this for four or five months. It was not hard work but it did take a lot of time. These days you can earn the points from viewing ads from just using your smart phone – so you can get around and don’t have to stay in one spot. Just be aware of your surrounding and don’t get too buried in your work that you forget to watch where you’re going! My daily work was just spending hours clicking on ads and earning credits. While you’re waiting for the timer to go on your viewing ads it is possible to have a little spare time to do other things. I used two email accounts especially for email ads and joined as many traffic Safelist’s as I could. But beware. There are some that don’t give you very many hits for all your effort getting credits. Also be careful of joining new business via these ads. I joined 40 of them over the course of many years and did not have any of the success I’m having from GDI Team Elite. There are specific reasons for this which you can find here.

The Safelist’s I mention give quality hits (and I’ve tested them for years) but you may need a bigger list to hit your 1000 hits. Just ask me and I will send you my complete list. Also if you can get a tracker to check who’s clicking your links and how many hits you’re getting – this will help you a lot. You can get a really great one that I use called Buildabizonline and it’s only $5 or $6 a month! Usually the price is $10 a month so this is a real bargain. I use this tracker and rotator with our team links every week.

The first thing I want to encourage you to do if you are struggling financially is to get your $25 GDI bonus done! Its not that hard to do. 🙂

The second thing to do if you need some help is to go to my website I put together with five different FREE income sources. These can help you possibly get ahead. I have made income consistently with many of these income sources and I’m sure you will find them helpful too. However, they won’t give you the leverage and financial freedom GDI Team Elite can do for you long term – as you will see below.

But before I give you the link to check out these sites, I want to take a second and give you a heads up on how internet marketing works.

After being through 40 different business opportunities and years of spending money and not seeing much results, I eventually became very discouraged. Maybe you have gone through similar experiences?

Honestly, I did not realize at first what GDI Team Elite had that was so important or DIFFERENT from all the other programs out there. But the difference is MASSIVE. I’m telling you out of experience and a LOT of struggle.

The first of all is that GDI allows for new members to communicate with you and allows for trust to build. If you don’t have this then it SO much harder to create an ENORMOUS amount of advertising to reach the few who will buy. Cold market is so much harder to do. That’s why GDI takes its COLD market and turns them into WARM market. It also has the co-op advertising needed for cold market to create that massive amount of advertising that has to be met to effectively convert.

I know this doesn’t seem important but after a year trying to create effective communication online – I failed. When I realized how GDI had achieved this, I was so impressed!

A few other things that GDI Team Elite builds is duplication and an email list and an effective way to respond to your list. The next thing it does it to create leverage and a way to create financial independence from home. Don’t forget this when you look at these other opportunities to create additional income.

My personal story is that I could create additional income with these sources but I could NOT create the leverage or duplication needed to change my life financially. So please use these additional income sources but don’t get LOST and forget what GDI can do for you that few other programs can do! I hope you can take my advice and won’t have to learn the hard way like I did. 🙂

My Story in GDI Team Elite.

I joined GDI at least a couple times before even joining GDI Team Elite.

From the very beginning I had liked the GDI website and auto hosting it provided. At some point I had signed up to find out more about GDI Team Elite and had seen auto-responder emails for at least a year.

.I eventually decided to give it a shot. I connected with the team leader but he never responded to me. After a year of emails from him and I finally contact him and he didn’t respond. It blew my mind.

.

So at that time I saw a team leader who was all over the Internet. Her name was Kathy Von Geldern from Hawaii. So I decided to join her. I had to cancel my present subscription with GDI just to join her. Often this is the case and I know I wasn’t alone in this experience.

.

After joining I was soon put on a new team. My new leader was committed to do the basics and I appreciated her work but she didn’t really connect with us personally each week so I kind of felt alone.

I did my 1000 hits a week but it took forever for my leader to put people under me.

.

The reason was because unbeknown to me she was encouraging all of us to use auto hits which didn’t bring in real people to our team. I don’t think she realized this. It took me almost a year to figure this out myself. Nevertheless at the time it was an easy $10 for 3 months to get weekly 1000 hits but hardly anybody joined our team.

.

So months later I got a few people but then I got so discouraged I stopped looking at the team emails. I still did my hits every week as they were easy for me to do. I understand it’s not always easy for team members to do their 1000 hits and so I encourage you to speak with me about it if this is your situation too.

I then met a mentor online at this time who was a seven figure income earner. I began to make consistent income with his program and by following his example. I was excited!

However, like everything in life things are never easy and I I came to a plateau with my marketing and needed to tweak things a bit and tried so many alternatives. Nothing seemed to work.

You must also realize that since 2012 I had joined about 40 different biz opps and had spent $1000’s in trying to figure out internet marketing!

At this time my original sponsor Kathy contacted me again. She realized I had stuck it out and deserved to get my six so she helped me out.

Soon she asked me to be a team leader. Honestly I had no idea why I wanted to be a leader and what good it would do.

.

But I had worked for a year to be a leader and why would I just blow it and not even give it a shot! Lol!

.

It appeared that she was very successful at it so I said “yes”. I gave it a half hearted try at first and but soon the dots began to connect.

I realized that GDI Team Elite had so many qualities my mentor had been telling me about.

So I began to put my whole heart into it and soon saw I had nearly missed it all. The puzzle pieces fitted even better than I have ever imagined!

I think the thing to realize here is that by sheer persistence, I had found something that really worked and provides multiple streams of income. Now hopefully you can create the same thing except with less pain!

This morning I got distracted…and I’m really glad I did! Lol!

This morning I opened an email by a new client and attached was one of the bonuses I give out in my business. I can’t believe I had actually never read it – so I took a look!

It was an ebook by Michael Price, the creator of Priceless Possibilities (which owns the Power Leads System). I use the Power Lead System to create landing great landing pages for GDI.

At first I just glimpsed at it wondering if it was material I knew all about but quickly realized it was full of GREAT information. Yes there were a bunch of things I already knew and it was great review but

I continued to read PAGE AFTER PAGE for about an hour just inhaling everything I could. It really gave me a JUMP and a reality check at building my business!

I don’t have time to go into the whole thing but three particular VERY IMPORTANT things it went into that caught my attention were:

1) Duplication

2) Can I do this?

and

3) Filling the “hole”.

Duplication is obvious because if people feel something is too complex and cannot duplicate what they saw you do then people will just give up.

“Can I do this?” Is a question everybody asks before they join your business. They want to see if they believe that it’s something they can do. If they believe they CAN then that’s good news because you have gained a new member. Advertising is high on the list. They need to know it’s something that they can do for free to bring in enough new people to be successful.

“Filling the hole” just refers to what you are actually selling. If you sell drills for instance, you are not really selling drills – you are selling the idea of creating a hole (which is what the drill does). This is a big difference! If you can remember to sell the end result and not just your product then you have gone far with your marketing.
