This week we had 6 subscribers, 3 persons asked for links, 3 people emailed me back and 2 signed up.

And have completed the first Letter for those who make it through the Sixteen Steps (Called Steps to Six Figures and more is explained about this in this article). It has three interesting elements of success. Look at this picture below closely:

Do you see the bottle? The sand? The beach picture? Each of these represent something:

1) The bottle represents the money you spend to buy the tools you need to succeed. I bought the bottle of shells at a lovely little beach shop a while back.

2) The Sand represents the work it takes to succeed. While I was at the beach, I had the forsight to collect some sand and put it in a cup that I could use later. 

.

3) The picture represents the dream you need to succeed. And I must say the imagination to put it all together! Now read the article to see more how this all fits together.

Your Mind is Where the REAL Battle for Success is!

“A While back a mentor told me this quote:
.
“Success is Buried under Failure.” 
 
.
This is really true! 
.
I mean think about it. Any time you get really good at something, it’s because you were willing to go through a lot of mistakes and pain to learn it. 
.
This is how it is with your bigger dreams and goals too. 
.
Anytime you want to succeed you have to be willing to go through the pain of learning. 
.
No one really likes to go through pain or failure.
.
Failure is essential to learning. I mean how many times did you have to fall down before you learned how to walk? 
.
And this pain and failure is why people quit. So this is where the real battle is: IN YOUR MIND. 
.
And in order to win you must be willing to get your mind ready to win. 
.
You must daily inspire your mind with examples of others who have achieved it too. You must inspire your mind with the practical daily, six month and year goals that it needs to understand where it needs to be in that time. 
.
And then their is reality. You need to get up and make the dream happen with real work.
.
And each daily success builds on each other.
.
Each success removes the “dirt” and failures out of the way so you can find the success that is “buried” under it. 
.
And you must be willing to readjust your goals to reality when you come to it. You must not try to trick your mind. It has to see things clearly and logically. 
.
And then you have to inspire your mind with the five and ten year goals so that your mind is focused on the exciting things that get it up and moving in the morning. 
.
Here’ a little of my story: 
.
At first the GDI dream was just that: a wild dream attached to a token that it was mathematically possible and had been attained by others. 
.
But after the daily work and time it took to become a team leader, I realized I had come to the next step. 
.
Then I poured my time and daily effort to advertise each day and win new members onto our team. In a while they came. Soon I had found Elizabeta and realized I had found the first mastermind partner. Now we could build together instead of by ourselves. Soon we had more and more leaders and new members coming from “nowhere”. Well they were actually from all our leaders we were building but you get the idea. There’s more to this story but you can see how the dream is happening. 
.
I hope this has encouraged you to get up in the morning and see how the little success you had yesterday has made your dream even more possible today. 
.
I hope this encourages you to dream more and work more and to find your true motives and inspire yourself to be your best self and allow your daily actions to change your reality one day at a time. 
.

I personally use my main programs banners that you will also find in the Sixteen Steps such as TrafficWave, Buildabizonline etc, but I also use my website to promote helpful traffic and their links and my team store with 10,000 products from Clickbank.

Clickbank has a great program called CBProAds which allows you to put all manner of advertising links on your site (you’ve probably seen mine) and more. They also allows you to have prebuilt websites in many popular niches such as health and wellness, online business, fitness, dating etc. These things all should be helpful things to honestly help your team. You will also find yourself making sales when you truly help others.

I realized from one of my team members Dustin, owner of ProTrafficBuilder, how important it is to have a grasp on referring traffic sites to others. Traffic is essentially the main ingredient of building a business online and you should have a part in it.

Diane Mumm from Mountain High Mailer also came on our team a little while ago and has been a great help understanding this better too.

Elizabeta and I have been working on an upgrade to AE Traffic Club. Elizabeta has already been advertising the site and has had great success with it.

“My Six Figure Income

a Year Plan”

.

The first thing I want to share with you is the reason I called this “my six figure income a year plan.” 

.
1)
I don’t know if you’re like me but over the years I’ve been in over forty business opportunities and had little success with most of them. 
.
However, I personally have had success with GDI Team Elite and this is because of three factors: The marketing strategy allows us to personally connect with people and thus create “Know, Like & Trust”.
,
2)
Let me share with you what success I’ve had so you will be encouraged: From 2016 to 2017 I ‘played around’ with GDI Team Elite, to see what I learned, not knowing what it was really about or it it really worked. I was doing other business opportunities at the same time.
.
By May of 2018, my team leader Kathy realized I could be a team leader and gave me that opportunity. By June Kathy had given me 6 members as a new GDI Team Elite leader. Within a couple weeks I only had a few left and only one was actually doing anything. Kathy gave me new members to make up for it (thanks Kathy!) but even these eventually dropped except one.
.
I tell you this to encourage you, that hardship does come but it can be overcome! 
 
.
By September of 2018, I had 13 members on my team and was just in the process of helping create my first team leader. Soon, Elizabeta had contacted me through one of my emails and we became friends. Elizabeta really inspired me. I realized that we could really do great things together. ,
It truly passed from dream to reality that those willing to work, do great things and who you can work with, trust and make business plans together with ARE really out there!
.
She also inspired us to really focus on the Sixteen Steps together and we began to work and make them better. By November Elizabeta was my next team leader. A little after Christmas, I had helped Torab become a leader and also helped Elizabeta help Igor become her first leader.
.
Today at the date of this writing, I have 46 people on my team and I have five leaders in my downline and three more on the way. I honestly don’t know how 1/3 of all our members came to be in my downline as that was all team effort! I don’t say this to brag, but rather to share with you that GDI Team Elite really works and that most likely if you have the patience and desire, it is possible for you too!
.
However, since early in 2018 I knew that in order to create six figures within a year or two, you have to have a funnel that allows you to make a higher monthly residual income and $100, $400 and $1000 paydays. 
 
This funnel I’m speaking of is the the Power Leads System (PLS) and is the one my seven figure income mentor Alan uses also. So does this means it’s not possible with GDI Team Elite? No, I’m not saying that. As you can obviously see IT IS WORKING. But it does take longer. This is also true. 
.
You’re probably wondering why I didn’t just go and build a PLS team instead of a GDI team?! haha! Yes, I get it. However, that is the thing. If I could have built a team with PLS, I would have. But building an actual team is GDI Team Elite’s specialty and for this I owe them my gratitude.
.

However, so many ads online make  it out that all you have to do is to just send out a referral link to a few safelists and “boom” you get $450 a day! Lol!

It’s honestly attractive to believe but is so untrue in reality.

The reality is that there is a “warm market” and a “cold market” and advertising online is definitely “cold market.” This means it’s harder to earn that “know like and trust” to bring in new prospects.

So In order to make up for that negative factor, you need to have a lot of ads going out …and I mean a LOT! That’s why teamwork is so valuable because we can quadruple our traffic hits and online presence with GDI Team Elite!

Advanced but Important Duplication Concepts: 

\.

 This week Elizabeta shared a really great article with her team about really focusing on finding your problems root cause and dealing with that above all else. I would encourage you to read it here.

.

So as an addition to this article I wanted to share with you the knowledge that duplicatable systems do NOT always have the very best results. But hear me out first!

.

These systems create a duplicatable system that other people recognize. However it’s draw backs and negative symptoms are that it doesn’t have the creativity or personal inspiration as something done that doesn’t have a duplication factor (such as a piece of amazing art). An amazing art piece is known for its advanced skill and is NOT easily duplicatable. Thus its extreme value!

.
So the positive side is that a duplicatable system IS something that everyone can do and allows for mass results (but results may vary and not be quite as enthusiastically stunning as a masterpiece). However, the mass team results multiplied over time may be huge if done properly. 
.
GDI Team Elite’s use of TrafficWave is like this. It’s positive side is that it allows our new team to have four made capture pages and 28 autoresponder This allows anyone to have pre-made capture pages when they sign up under their team leader and a professional email response system that works. The positives and negatives of this are as follows:
.
On the positive side, (on a personal note) these pages continue to bring new subscribers into my account and tend to bring in more serious people that are more in line with our target market. Also the autoresponder messages are always connecting with new people who ask me weekly for our team link to join. Also I have found that TW does have some advanced features and allow us to see who opens our emails and tag them and reply back and have professional capture pages too. 
.
Another positive is that the more ad pages our audience sees that are related to GDI Team Elite (that are the same as others and duplicatable) the more they realize we are a big advertising force. 
.
Have you noticed that some duplicatable capture pages that are advertised are sent in mass and are the same over and over again. But this creates curiosity and also with a subtle message that a lot of people must be interested in that page since they see it being advertised everywhere.
.
The negative is that those pages may be just a little boring as you’ve seen them many many times before.
.
Other negatives are this: TrafficWave is only double opt in so we may lose some prospects. I agree with the idea of having an Aweber account eventually for the very reason that you can get single opt in members and track them very well. Also we can use more capture page options and connect them to Aweber. 
So in conclusion, creating your own capture pages and your own email list are more advanced strategies that are much less duplicatable. We teach these strategies inside the Sixteen Steps 11-16 and even though these are very important, duplication is also very important! That’s why we don’t teach advanced principles in the Sixteen Steps from Steps 1-9. 
.
I noticed that in most MLM business, that the leaders do things that are much less duplicatable. Things such as public speaking and implementing advanced sales strategies in their speeches. This is not something everyone can do nor want to do! So it is in our business even though our advanced methods are not public speaking. TE’s & Safelists:

What’s the difference? 

.

There is certainly a difference, and this difference should be understood!

.

I searched the internet looking for others views on the difference.

.

Warrior Forum has a lot to say, but most of the people who share their opinions here have little real experience about the two of them. I have been using these methods since 2012 and understand a lot.

.

But some statistics I found on the forum  from a few people that seemed to know what they were talking about seemed to have similar thoughts as the comment below from glynlafferty:

“Using Safelists you can usually get a conversion rate at around 5% and with traffic exchanges it’s much lower.”

.

He also commented:

.

“I use safelists for listbuilding and can get anything up to 15 leads per day from them. The main thing is not to get bogged down in them only some of them work that have active clickers the rest of them are useless.”

.

.Also the GDI Team Elite website says that “…Traffic Exchanges do not get the results that Safelists and Mailers get.”

.

So we see that GDI Team Elite is not entirely against Traffic Exchanges. Let me now add my thoughts on the subject:

.

My thoughts are thus: The good Traffic Exchanges and Safelists are very similar in nature. They both require you to view fellow member ads and open the link to  websites where you then confirm you saw it and then you move on to the next one. However, there ARE some specific differences:

.

Disadvantage of TE’s: 

  1. Safelists links are often opened up from an email and even though MOST emails are not read, this still gives a slight advantage that the viewer MAY decide to read it if something catches their attention.
  2. Even when clicking on links from a Safelist (and NOT opening an email) when you FINISH confirming that you saw the website, the ad page does not disappear like on a TE until you actively click the page off, thus giving you another chance to view the page if there was still something you forgot to view but suddenly have a last minute reason to view it once more.
.
Advantage of Text Exchange:.
.
1. Text Exchanges do not allow you to only use a certain amount of credits. You can keep clicking to eternity and adding more and more credits as you do.
,
Most Safelists only allow you to mail your ad every two or three days or on occasion once a day but this is usually because of an upgrade if so and most do not give this privilege even with the full upgrade. So this IS an advantage for a TE.
.
Some exception safelists that I can think of are Europeansafelist, MountainHigh Mailer and MailOurList. These three allow you to mail EVERYDAY with an upgrade and MailOurList if you are upgraded and have enough credits or if you view 40 ads each day. 
.

.
These two disadvantages and reasons alone allow a slight advantage for Safelists over even the best Text Exchanges.
.
Even though the one advantage of Text Exchanges is a good one it still does not give the slight advantage of having your website viewed in a more comprehensive way.
.
The one thing I do suggest when using Safelists and Traffic Exchanges is that the more your website gets viewed, the more possibility you have of someone being curious enough to view it more carefully.
.
Having your picture and your name attached to the page (or your team leaders in our case) increases this chance even more and if you add new and interesting splash pages into the mix – along with the time tested proven ones, this opens the door even more! 
.
One more Note: 
.
As you probably know, we promote TE Profits (TEP) inside Step four and I am still agreeable with this strategy as it teaches a great strategy that can also be applied to Safelists too. Just be sure to apply the strategy to Safelists too!
.
.
FINAL VERDICT:
.
In light of all of this, and after discussion with my personal team leader and sponsor Kathy Von Geldern, I suggest focusing on a dozen good Safelists and then moving on to good Text Exchanges afterwords if you still have time.

Here are the hit counts from  January 20th – January 26th for all those who are generating hits.

If you meet the weekly requirement of getting at least 1000 hits using your team link, you will get your 6 over the course of time”. 

.Please preferably get hits from safelists sites although some Text Exchange (TE)sites are ok. The list of TE’s inside TE Profits are acceptable. However, please realize that we get more signups from Safelists as apposed to TE’s and SOME TE’s are NOT good).

.The key is to advertise particularly in safelist sites, everywhere you possibly can.

All those in my group even with zero counts will still get the team emails as always and the stats will be reset every Saturday afternoon Pacific time.
