This week I want to share with you about Jim Rohn’s quote: “Unless you change how you are, you will always have what you got.” Think about that for a moment. What are you doing that will bring change?

For me that meant reading books that would help me grow. It meant doing each day the basic things I needed to do to help me grow my team – such as advertising. It meant getting better each day at making splash pages, learning how to write my own emails, and finding ways to improve. I mean if you don’t want anything to happen then you can sit back and watch the world go by. But if you want change, focus on the important things that will make a difference over the next five years.

If you want something amazing, you have to go out there and get it and don’t expect it to be easy. You have to work every day at the basics and realize it takes time to “water” all your “baby plants” (customers, team members or potential ones). Like Jim Rohn says again, if you want change, you have to change.

.Maybe you’re saying that you don’t have enough time each day to do ANYTHING? Let me say right now that excuses are like hot air. I mean I was working ten hour days and still found at least ten minutes to give to my business each day. And so can you. Eventually things got better and had more time to do more effective work, but it all started there with not giving up just because of my circumstances.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT is crucial to the success equation. People can tell whether you’re having success or not or even if you’ve gone through whatever it takes to be able to guide them to the next level. They can FEEL this subconsciously and know whether your effective or not. That’s why I like to call it a bridge. This bridge represents something you have to cross in order to have the success you’re wanting . One of my mentors told me that I had to turn my failures into success or in other words grow my success from the manure of my failures. Think this is easy to make a lot of mistakes and keep plugging away and getting better? As you can guess, it’s not easy. That’s why I laugh when I see all these programs promising quick success online. It has nothing to do with reality and it’s why I went through forty different programs without earning hardly anything online.

So you must be willing to fail and fail again (just like a child learns how to walk) to get to a point where you’re confident about what you’re doing and can “cross the bridge” and effectively do the right things that bring you success. I’ve seen people do all the right things and not succeed and this is because their mind is NOT ready for it. They’re not confident, they’ve not been willing to go through enough failures to beginning to eventually succeed, they’re not learning and growing leadership skills to know how to grow a big team AND possibly they’re still complaining about everything, still have a negative attitude, doubting their success, still believe that they just haven’t got their “lucky break” and aren’t willing honestly to do the work required to succeed. WOW. That was a mouthful (lol)! So some or all of these things may be your /my problem. And if it is you need to work on changing this a little EVERY day. And read the “Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace Wattles. It will help more than you can imagine. It’s a book about setting goals with your mind and how powerful your mind is in helping you achieve that.

I hope this helps you get the idea of how important the simple disciplines you do each day really are. If you’re not working daily through the Sixteen Steps, then get started. And if you want personal mentorship, then see the PS. below this article.

This week I want to share with you about the 5 Crucial Skills and how important having your mind ready for success is.

Here’s a practical pic of how the 5 Crucial Skills work:

So as you can see the First Crucial Skill is Effective Advertising. This is not exactly easy. Getting 1000 hits is only the first goal. The second goal is to get your 1000 hits from EFFECTIVE Sites. The third goal is to get more than a 1000 hits from every effective place you can. The fourth goal is to learn how to track your hits and measure your results. This first skill took me a while to learn. However, the Secret of the Big Dogs will help you as will the Sixteen Steps.

The Second Crucial Skill is making effective splash pages that CONVERT into Subscribers. This is critical. If you’re only getting 1-2 subscribers a week, then your problem is either you’re not getting effective advertising or your splash page is not converting very well. You should be getting at least two subscribers for every 1000 hits. And actually that is a bit on the low side.

The Third Crucial Skill is building a BIG LIST. When I say a big list, you have to first get started building it. Then you have to be patient to build it really big. Without a big list you will not see much results. Everything will be hard until this list gets big. If you have effective advertising and a effective splash page, then building your list big will start to happen. But if you’re thinking that two subscribers a week will do it – that will literally take over ten years to build just a medium sized list if that is how many subscribers your getting. You need 15-40 subscribers a week to get started building it BIG. If you’re not hitting your goals then contact me and let’s see what we can do for you.

The Fourth Crucial Skill is Effective Communication. And this is what I REALLY wanted to talk to you about. So if you have lots of advertising to a converting splash page that gets subscribers, then you WILL GET people responding to you if you have your emails set up in your autoresponder written properly.

You know, once they respond to you, having a script to share with your subscribers and those who contact you is a start but if you really want to SUCCEED here, your mind has to be ready for success. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT is crucial to this equation. People can tell whether you’re having success or not or even if you’ve gone through whatever it takes to be able to guide them to the next level. There’s one more Crucial Skill and that’s Skill #5: Building Funnel Pages. And once you have a BIG list and a BIG team, then you should be be building funnels for your list and team to go through so they can find all the tools and resources that you used to build your team so big. Here’s my list and a small funnel for you right here, so you can see what I’m talking about:

My main funnel is the Prosperity Marketing System, Inside of it is the Elite Traffic Club where we have over 442 pages of free promo codes and free advertising credits for our team to use (Plus a ton more of helpful things). It also helps new members to make 100% profit much faster than any other program I know of. I also use the Power Lead System every single day to create unlimited splash and capture pages, and its unlimited single opt in autoresponder for me and my team. I also use Referral Frenzy to gain a big advantage each month in advertising and of course AE Mailer which Elizabeta and I created to advertise and open the doors for new users to understand how to send free ads through this with our training. I hope this helps you get the idea of how important the Five Crucial Skills really are. If you’re not working daily through the Sixteen Steps, then get started. Two Strategies! Which One is For You?

This week I want to share with you about the two strategies to do GDI Team Elite.”

Strategy #1:

So the first strategy is the one I’ve been working with my team for years. I give you a special team link (it connects with the splash page I decide upon for our team and usually involves sharing with people about traffic or the free Elite Traffic Club Elizabeta and I made a year ago. This splash page is connected to 200 messages in my Power lead System autoresponder and my Aweber account. These emails share with subscribers the advantages of joining our team in GDI and about a host of other things too.

When I get a subscriber who asks me to “send them the link“, I do and if they join, I decide what team member I want to place them under. If you are actively going through the training and get to Step four and are doing your 1000 hits, then I promise I will begin trying to get a new member under you. Or if you get past Step Seven and are doing the hits also, then I begin trying to finish helping the new leader to get their six, so I can focus on helping you!

Just to let you know, I have always been able to keep my promise to my members and get them their members (however, occasionally I do get a week/s when I don’t get a new GDI signup). To be completely open with you however, Elizabeta and I get on average a new member in either the Prosperity Marketing System, the Power Lead System , Referral Frenzy or AE Mailer every single day and this is because I have built my list to 2000 subscribers over the last three years (and so has Elizabeta) and we have a lot of people going through our autoresponder messages.

So when I give you a new member, often its either because a new subscriber (that our team or myself brought in) or one that is in my autoresponder for ages, finally responded back to our messages and joined under the link I sent them (hopefully yours). We have 27 GDI emails in that autoresponder to give them plenty of chances to request the link from us. Plus I’ve added many more scattered throughout the series and I add new ones all the time. Understand how that works now? If not, re-read that one more time. Okay!

Strategy #2:

This strategy is more about helping you to figure out the equation how to get new members rather than me doing it for you. It also has its benefits and negatives too. This strategy works through the Mentors Program. You basically join the Prosperity Marketing System (PMS) through Elizabeta or my link. Then we make you five special splash pages that we have tested and prove themselves every week to work. We connect these pages to our Power Lead System autoresponder with 109 messages. Then every time you advertise and get a subscriber, we let you know by sending you a message. You are then required to email your subscriber back (just like I do as a team leader). Then if they respond, they will either ask for us to share more with them about PMS or GDI depending on what email they opened. For your information, we have 10 emails about PMS and then 27 emails about GDI and then other emails scattered through the rest. Many more emails about PMS and GDI are added throughout also. So it’s all a big chance what email they happen to land on and read and what they respond to and IF they respond at all. I’ve found that we’re getting about one response to every five new subscribers. But also realize that my Power Lead System Autoresponder has 1000 subscribers in it from my efforts and so that often I get new members (that came there from my advertising) as I have a LOT more subscribers than anyone else in this autoresponder. However, if a subscriber that you got responds, I give them your link to sign up under. In this way, we have created four leaders in PMS who have already gone on to the next level to build their OWN list through the Power Lead System and who will eventually learn how to build five new pages for each of their members and grow a huge team!

I also want you to know that this method is based on your own efforts too and if you go out and advertise in only a few sites or the wrong mailers where the subscriber rate is not so good, then you might not get as many subscribers as you’re hoping for. That is why we call it the “Mentors Program” so we can help mentor you through your mistakes. Also if a page is not working very well, that may also be a reason to get a hold of me and ask me what others are getting from using that page. Then I will tell you the stats. 🙂

Just to let you know, when you’re earning enough money in PMS (you need three members who are paying out to you each month) then you can afford the $30 PLS autoresponder (which has a great deliverability rate) and single opt in just like the professional autoresponders (with Aweber, once you get 500 members, then they jack the price up to $29 and then again after 2000 members, so for me to keep paying more and more is not worth it). But PLS is not like this. By the way, TrafficWave, AIOP and some others are double opt in and don’t have as good deliverability rate and Elizabeta and I don’t consider these worth the time and money to build a big list that is going to take years to build.

So in conclusion, if you want to use Strategy One, then you will learn less, and the chance of becoming a team leader are ALL based on if you’re doing the training and getting the hits and if I think you’re really doing a good job at it.

Strategy Two is more for those who actively want to learn to get new members on their own BEFORE they become a team leader. This is excellent training and allows us to work together through a lot of scenario’s and get the “bugs” out of your advertising strategy. It also allows you to begin learning the Five Crucial Skills much sooner than getting to Step 11 – 16 of the Sixteen Steps. If you’re interested in Strategy Two, you can join here. How are you this week my friends?

(After this article, you will see team update and team hits).

This week I want to share with you about the “magic” of building leaders under you.

So you want to hear the “magic” (lol)! Okay, so here it is: You know if you can get one GDI Team Elite leader under you, then every time they make a sale, SO DO YOU! So if, for example, you work 10 hours a week and they work 10 hours a week, then together you’ve put in 20 hours. Guess what happens if you get 6 leaders under you? You’ve effectively created 60 hours of “work done” for yourself (haha)!

That’s what you call “leverage”!

So how do you do this? Good question. All I can tell you is how I’ve helped create nine team leaders under me. And I did that by a very special tool called “duplication“. It means that I teach you what I’m doing and you do it and teach your team. But it has be something you can learn from me. If it’s too complicated, you might not be able to learn it from me and you won’t be able to pass it down to your team. See what I mean?

How to create “duplication”.

It’s actually really simple. Just follow the same system I’m teaching you. First of all go through the Sixteen Steps Introduction and then let me know you’ve finished. Then if you answered the questions correctly, I will send you “Step One”. If you complete Steps One and then Step Two, then Step Three in the same manor (I give you the password to continue in each), then after Step Three I will actively start working to get a new member under you. If you don’t complete this, under this system, you will NEVER get your first member. That’s how it works. So it doesn’t hurt to actually do the work to achieve the first member! I (we) just recently helped Darian to get his first new member because he did the work to get past Step Three! You can do the same. 🙂

Look, if you do your 1000 hits but don’t complete the training, then you will NOT get your first new member. But if you get past Step Three and continue getting your 1000 hits each week, then you will eventually become a team leader as you work towards completing Step Nine. The closer you get to Step Nine, the more I realize you really want to become a team leader. And I will honor your work. But if you give up…you will lose out.

Do you know why you need to CONTINUE getting 1000 hits a week? The reason is simple: Can you see yourself as a successful team leader and NOT getting at least 1000 hits a week? I sure don’t. And Team leaders honestly need more than 1000 hits. Here’s Why: one thousand hits is the bare minimum to building a steady stream of new members. 1000 hits equals one or two new subscribers and you need at least 5 subscribers to even get one response back! And to get one new member you need an average of five responses. Now do the math. See why you need as many hits a week as possible? But things get easier in time. The more members you have, the more hits your team should be getting. When I first started, I was the only one really getting hits. And I got around 3000 – 5000 hits a week. I still do the same now, but my team helps us get 15000 – 30,000 now.

THAT’S LEVERAGE!

GDI Team Elite Doesn’t Work?

This week I want to share with you about those who think GDI Team Elite doesn’t work.

1.

The first reason it doesn’t work for some is because some don’t follow directions. I mean, I tell my team every single week that if they’re not working through the training then they won’t get their six members. I don’t know how many times I have to tell them? Do I need to carve it on a huge mountain for everyone to see (lol)? If you need the training, simply email me back and I will send it to you! 🙂

The second reason it may not work for some is because they are not willing to work to get there 1000 hits a week. And some get there hits but DON’T do the training. Either way, they don’t qualify. I mean if you had to study five years in order to create a freedom lifestyle for yourself – would you do it? So if you need to hang in there and learn how to do 1000 hits a week, why not just learn how? Just like Jim Rohn says: “If you’re not willing to risk the extraordinary, you will have to settle for the ordinary.” It’s really true!

3.

The third reason why people don’t succeed in GDI Team Elite is because they think that things will be easy. If it was easy, then everybody would be millionaires. Right (lol)! What about me? I worked for almost five years without hardly making ANY money at all. How hard do you think that was to stay in the game and not give up? I joined over 40 opportunities and spent $1000’s just to find I was constantly failing. But what I didn’t realize is the skills I needed to learn. After that everything fell in place. And you can do that too with our help and the right attitude and getting rid of that crazy “easy” mentality.

The fourth reason it may not work is because they aren’t organized. I send some members an email with the links and they not only can’t seem to keep it in a place where they can find the link again when they need it, but they can’t find their passwords either. What kind of business do you think you’re running if you don’t have some kind of basic system to find things? In addition, I write them an email and it takes them a week to get back to me. Probably because they’re not checking their emails every day and not taking there business seriously. They let their emails flood with junk mail and can’t find half the responses they need to find. Everyday, I’m getting important emails from people who are looking to join us! So what would happen if I didn’t check my emails? Well I wouldn’t have over 100 paying members, I can tell you that.

Look, if you want to be successful online you NEED to have a good organized email account (if this is your problem, get yourself a new gmail account and don’t let anything go in there except things directly concerned with your business. Ok! 🙂

5.

The fifth reason is that some people don’t want to work with a team or work with people. If you decided to come online to get away from people, then you made the wrong decision. You should study the stock market. That way you only need to deal with numbers and stats every day. Working with people is crucial to sales online and helping others to succeed beside yourself. In addition if you think that you just want to send out some ads and get sales, you’ve got it all wrong. It hardly ever works that way. And it never works consistently! Building your email list is key. Then communicating with your list is the second key. Build “Know, Like and Trust” with your list and you will succeed online. How are you this week my friends?

This week I want to share with you about the “Magic Formula”:

So here’s how it works:

Usually, about 1000 hits equals an average of 1-2 subscribers (more or less depending on the splash page).

Out of 5 subscribers only 1 or 2 actually respond back to us.

Out of every five who respond to us maybe 1-2 join under us.

Once you build your email list bigger (100- 1000) you will have better results.

But if your not building your list yet we will show you how to but you have to go through our Sixteen Steps training or our 1:1 Mentor’s Program or you will NOT know how to set it up correctly and how to encourage people to respond to you.

If you’re not building your list and you’re getting less then 1000 hits a week then you may NOT see much results (it takes 5 subscribers to even get 1 response if you know what you’re doing).

So 1000 hits only gets 1-2 subscribers and you still need 3 more subscribers to get an average of 1 reply. Do you understand what I’m saying? If you get lucky that’s one thing but luck is not what gets us consistent business.

So in conclusion you need about 2500 hits to get about 5 subscribers to get 1 reply. And you need on average more then one reply to get a new member.

So this is why people fail is because they don’t understand the numbers and they get demanding because they don’t see results.

✅ Three things if you want to succeed:

1) Get at least 1000 hits a week (2500 will make things happen faster)

2) Build your OWN email list. If you don’t know how to do this then you NEED to go through our Sixteen Steps training so we can teach you and help you become a team leader:

This week I want to share with you something I wrote two years ago before I had a big team in GDI Team Elite. Let me share a secret with you that changed my life a while back. It’s from Jim Rohn and it’s one reason that I began having success. You should check it out. Maybe it will have the same effect on you:

My Translation: it’s not the shiny business that ever is the reason we succeed…it’s what we know. To become a doctor you have to learn what a doctor knows and to become an effective marketer we have to know what an effective marketer knows.

This understanding pulled me away from all the shiny things and business opportunities after I learned that and I just started focusing on learning marketing however I could. After forty business it finally dawned on me that most of them were very much the same all with a slightly different twists. They all say it’s going to be easy (mistake – nothing of real value is ever easy) they give pages to advertise (mistake – it’s the ad pages you learn to make on your own with your own branding that are going to bring in the real inflow of subscribers) and then any members that come in from your pages go to THEIR autoresponder (mistake: it’s the subscribers you get into YOUR own autoresponder that will build your list and eventually change your business). And this is what happened to me. After I became a team leader I was able to change things. And this is what we want for you too. We want to help you become a team leader connected to your own autoresponder to build YOUR OWN LIST and eventually learn how to make your own splash pages.

You probably knew all this but I just wanted to encourage you. 🙂

This week I want to be real with you. Look everyone, I’m not playing. You want to know how to succeed, the Sixteen Steps is open for you to complete. Just ask me.

I don’t mean to boast here but maybe this will wake you up: I hope you realize that Elizabeta and I have over 146 members on our team between GDI Team Elite and the Prosperity Marketing System (PMS). We had at least six members join us in PMS last week and about 6 joined GDI in my downline from all our other teams (two from my team). And I haven’t told you all our other sales from everything else! So all this to say, why aren’t you taking what I say seriously?

Okay, so get to work on the Sixteen Steps. I can’t say this enough. Or you can go here to learn it also:

You know I spent five years looking for the information that’s in the Sixteen Steps and that’s also in this link. The Steps will help you to learn the Five Crucial Skills. And in that link I shared with you, there are over forty individual “bite size” training pages to teach you the Five Crucial Skills. These skills are important to learn.

Why haven’t you asked me for the next Step or clicked the link and gone through the training yet?

Many of you either think you know it all (which you don’t) or you think it can’t be that important (your wrong – it is). Or you thinking that you have more important thing to do like advertising your business (Really? Do you want to be advertising your business for the next five years without much results???)

So stop wasting time. And focus on finishing the Step you’re on (or this link I gave you). Don’t give up after you finish the First couple Steps (or page one or two on the link). It will take serious commitment to really learn these skills (don’t you think if you wanted to become an electrician that you would have to seriously learn what you were doing?)

So seriously! Learn this. Take the Sixteen Steps and get to work. I did. Or study this link and don’t lose it. Put it in a separate folder where you can find it every day and focus on it for the next three months. It will change everything!

A “Roadblock” To Success…

How are you this week my friends?

This week I want to share with you about the Jim Rohn quote above. Sound boring to you…or exciting?! (Haha!) I can tell you that success is exciting.

Many get really excited about starting a new business or embarking on a new opportunity or diet. But after a few days the excitement goes down and then (as often happens) many completely stop doing anything and I don’t hear from them for a week or a month. What happened? I can tell you. They didn’t get busy creating a habit for success.

A habit takes time to create and if you haven’t created it yet, then it might take you 21 days. What does a habit working on your business begin to look like? Ok, so it looks like this: One afternoon or evening after you come back from work you suddenly remember your online business. Then you either think, “ok, I’m going to work on it tonight” or you say, “I’m too tired, I’ll do it tomorrow.”

Whatever you decide, let me share with you this. Whether you’re actually prone to be disciplined or not, consider working at least 10 mins on your business. It is NOT a matter of how LONG you work on it but that you WORK on it, period. For those 21 days, anytime you give to it is VITAL. As your habit grows, just remember, don’t stress, just give it at least 10 mins. Eventually, you will gain interest and as your habit grows, so your time will naturally increase. But if you are super tired or had a very stressful day, ten minutes is the key. Anyone can do ten minutes. And this is why it works and will continue to work – if you don’t put overbearing pressure on yourself.

Why am I STILL with GDI?

How are you this week my friends?

This week I want to share with you really why I’m in GDI.

You may be thinking that I was inspired to join GDI Team Elite because of the $9,000 a month or more you can earn (as the GDI calculator indicates). Okay, that’s probably why I became interested LOL! But after two years of being a team leader with nine or more team leaders under me, the reality of the opportunity is very obvious. And here’s what I can tell you from experience: The ability to create teams working under you that bring in multiple payments without you having to work for it is truly the dream coming true. However, in reality I do work hard to inspire and encourage each of my teams and so to say I truly haven’t worked for it is false.

So “how does this help you?” you may ask. Well, because you need to understand exactly how this works. Each time I get a new membership (whether I bring them in myself or my teams bring them in), I earn $1 each month. WOW, I can see you jumping in awe! haha!

So the fact is, I can earn $1 from each member each month under me five levels down. So if Jimmy on my level three decides to promote GDI and get’s a new member while I’m sleeping, and I wake up and notice that I got an email from GDI saying that I have a new member on my level four because of Jimmy…well, the chances are high that in one week, I will earn $1 from this new person. And just in the last 24 hours I saw four new members come in from a couple of my team leaders. So there you go. That’s leverage. And that’s why I’m still in GDI. In addition each month my team brings in new people along with my own and increases my monthly income. I personally have brought into GDI over 200 members on my own in the last two years, but my team has brought in double or triple that. And each of these new members increase my monthly income. True, some stay and some go but my team always seem to keep ahead of the drop rate.

So yes, the $9000 or more a month CAN happen, but you have to have a LOT of team leaders to make that happen. And in reality is it possible? I would say yes. Because duplication is something hard to stop once you get it rolling. But getting the ball rolling IS the price you have to pay for it to happen. And if you think you can create $9000 in a month or even a year, then you must be a genius because I haven’t seen anything like that. And here’s another reality. Making a few dollars here and there when you get your first new members is all you will make at first. That’s the cold hard truth. Stay with me though…

Hold on, you may be wondering why I’m suggesting investing in another program when you’ve already invested in one and want to earn with this one first? I completely understand how you feel and to tell you the truth I’ve been the victim of schemes along the way to keep upgrading in peoples programs and never seem to make anything in the first program you invested in. But let me share some reality with you so that you can understand why I say what I do. AS YOU CAN SEE from my experience and example, GDI takes time to build but it’s worth it. However, the Prosperity Marketing System (PMS) allows you to make $10 for each new member*

(*see the compensation plan here). Okay, so what this means is that if you pay $12 month for PMS and get one new member under you, then you have earned $10 back, right off the bat. In GDI this $10 would take you having to help get ten people under you to earn that. Do you see what I mean? So am I trying to get you all to drop your GDI membership? Of course not. If you understand leverage and if you’re really in it to win in the long term then I’ve already convinced you that GDI is worth it. But why not earn your money back faster at the beginning? That’s what I’m trying to say!
