So I wanted to share something that happened to me in the last couple of weeks. Its something that REALLY made me think. Its the fact that you WILL NOT GET PAID FOR YOUR TEAM MEMBERS THAT PASS YOUR LEVEL FIVE!
.
Don’t forget this! And to help you so that your team duplicates properly and so that you won’t have to feel bad about not helping your team members on your level 4 or 5, simply remember that your team leaders up to level THREE should be doing a good job and growing so that they can handle the members on your level four and five!
.
If your team leaders up to level three are NOT doing well then DO NOT PLACE ANY MORE MEMBERS PAST YOUR LEVEL THREE!!!!
.
I hope this helps you! Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way and that’s why I’m sharing this with you now so you will know!
