So here’s some basic information on adding HTML to your page:

First Find the HTML editor. It may be in a different place depending on what WordPress setup you have.

Here are three possibilities of where I know where to find it:

1)

.This first place will have it listed under “Text”

Here is the second place to look for it. It will be under “Editor” and listed as “Code“. See Pic 3 for more specific details.

Pic 2:

You may not see it on pic 2. So go to Pic 3.

The next pic will give specific details where to look. If you need to look at Pic 3 then look back at Pic 2, Pic 3 is a zoomed in shot of pic 2 and has highlighted the area where it is.

There will be a menu button on the right hand side. Click it and then you will see the “Editor”. Click “Code”. When you’re done adding HTML code, simply click “Visual” and you will be able to see it!

Okay, let me repeat some details one more time.

So after you have clicked to use the HTML EDITOR (either called “Text” or “Code“), then paste the HTML onto the page and then click the VISUAL EDITOR (called “Visual”) so you can see it. EDIT what you need, save your changes and your done!

There are ALSO some editors that you have to click the “Source” button to set your page in HTML form. Then after you paste it in then press “Source” again and it will go back to normal and you should see everything clearly. Sometimes the “Source” button is called something else or there is an icon for it.
