This week I want to share with you about “What did you expect?”

You’ve been promoting, promoting, promoting but nothing really happens. Albert Einstein is widely credited with saying, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.”

Then there are some who start a new business and then hardly ever work on it, yet are disappointed that they didn’t have those “done for you” results. Honestly, I would wonder what did they expect (lol).

Some people join a business and then don’t do anything their coach or team leader tells them to do but still think they will succeed…yes, you remember what comes next…”What did they expect?”

I tell my team members all the time that if they don’t learn the Five Crucial Skills, then they won’t find success. But they still don’t take the time to begin learning them! I would like to know what do they expect anyway!

Some members in my team, promote the team links I sent them faithfully, but never read the Team Update and never go through the training so they can become a Team Leader. Again I have to ask, What exactly are they expecting? They definitely are not taking their business seriously.

Then there are those who do the training and work hard for a month and then after seeing poor results give up. Honestly did they think success was going to be easy? You know what they say, “If success was easy, then everybody would be doing it.”

So now comes the challenge to make your dreams come true!

And I’m going to ask you point blank. What do you expect?

I can tell you. It’s not going to be easy, you won’t be able to just give it a month, you won’t be able to just advertise like crazy and think you’re going to get amazing results.

Here’s what to expect: If you work hard and are persistent and really take the years it’s going to take to master the Five Crucial Skills, then you can expect to succeed! That’s the truth. So why is it so difficult to accept. It’s what you knew from the beginning anyway.

When did you ever see a person begin learning an instrument and then see them performing on stage in front of thousands of people a month later?

This week I want to share with you about the “Blunt Axe?”

Tired of “jumping from program to program”? Honestly I’ve been there. Let me tell you a little story:

Imagine walking up to a man trying to chop down a tree in the forest. He’s struggling with all his might and yet he’s barely made any progress.

You look at him and you see that he is chopping at this tree vigorously and has been at it for quite some time. He’s intent on getting the tree down.

He has a single focus and is using all the proper leverage and perfect technique, but as you get closer you see there’s one thing out of place.

He’s using a dull blade.

You say to the man . . .

“Hey buddy why don’t you just sharpen your blade, you’ll get the job done twice as fast?”

He replies . . .

“No time! Can’t you see I’m trying to chop down this tree?”

Well, when I first started my Online Business I was this guy out in the forest trying to chop down the tree.

I hacked at it. I tried all the techniques I was told were “right” and I was intent on using them with all my might until my goal was reached.

Unfortunately, the guy in our example above had one advantage over me.

He had someone actually come up to him and point out his problem.

The sad truth is . . .

If someone had done this for me I probably would have given them the same response that our man with the axe above gave.

I would have said . . .

“Can’t you see I’m trying to build a business here? I don’t have time for that!”

While in the act and exerting all our energy to a task, we give very little time to reflection on what may truly help us be more successful. We think that if we just keep “hacking away” that sooner or later we will be successful in achieving our end goal.

While this may hold true . . .

My advice: Focus on building skills and invest in your knowledge. Don’t run from program to program looking for the next getting rich scheme.

You will have great results soon.

This week I want to share with you about “Skill #1: Effective Advertising.”

Just remember that focus and learning these skills are required before you will make much money online.

Here’s some really valuable tips about Critical Skill #1 and how it interacts with the other 4 skills.

Many people pay $1000’s for personal mentoring online. Well, this is almost as valuable as a one on one session and I would tell you the same thing if I talked to you in person – so please take the time to listen. It could really open your eyes to how this all works. 🙂

These are the basics:

PRIMARY SKILLS:

1) Understanding how to get a lot of effective advertising.
2) Knowing how to build your own capture pages
3) Getting your own subscribers to your mailing list and building a big list.
4) Real engaging communication with your list
5) Understanding funnels and taking your list through your funnels (or to put it in a simple way – taking them through your online stores).

That’s it right there. If you memorize that and work every day on leaning these – you will eventually become very successful online.

I wish someone had told me all this back in 2012. It would have saved me years of grief and pain and thousands and thousands of dollars!

This week I want to share with you about “The Formula for Consistent Income.”

Just remember that focus and learning these skills are required before you will make much money online.

What often happens first: Often sales are made more by luck than anything before you get a grasp on these skills – if you see what I mean. Everyone wants to earn quick and fast and don’t realize what’s involved. Kind of like knowing how to drive a car before you’ve ever driven one (lol).

Learning these skills tip: It takes real focus and determination – especially since there’s no boss to push you except yourself.
.
Many times I got hoodwinked into thinking I was going to make a lot of money really quick. I want to be completely honest with you and a real help to you and not take you for a wild ride (lol). Of course it’s possible to get lucky but better to have your expectations grounded.

Remember this formula: Daily consistent work. The multi millionaire Jim Rohn used to always say something like this: successful people become this way by simply mastering the basics day after day.

These are the basics:

You know I listened to the book on audible ten times and even though I could tell you in detail about the different subjects in the book, I couldn’t tell you exactly what the six actions were. It’s important, as I realized later, to get these actions down!

Why are these actions so important? Well they are the building blocks to your vision, to fueling your daily actions, to stepping out when you don’t see it all coming together, to building the confidence, enthusiasm and belief in creating your dream.

This week I want to share with you about “how our system will fail you.”

HOLD ON…What did you just say?

You hear me right. Look if you’re not trying to master the Five Crucial Skills then no matter what system you’re using online it will fail – I promise you.

First, even if I help you to become a team leader with GDI or with all the special branded pages that we set up for you in PMS and all the tons of bonuses that we give you, or even if we set up the most amazing system for you in PLS, if you are not actively learning these skills – I repeat, our system will fail you too!

So how can you stop the failure? First of all by going through our training one training page at a time. Then getting back with us so we can coach you through each page.

There’s no “easy way” or “done for you” way that actually works. Sure there’s lots of systems that can do a lot of it for you but not the critical aspects that create consistent income online.

Don’t believe me? Real sales are made by real marketers connecting personally with real customers in real life, period. Sure you can get automated sales, but those customers don’t stick. I get subscribers every day emailing me back for more information. And I email them back and connect personally with them. That’s where it all starts and that’s just part of skill #4.

You need one on one guidance to achieve these real results.

This week I want to share with you about “Who is Your Six Figure Mentor?”

Okay, so if you don’t know the answer to this question, you may not be taking your business seriously.

First, you may be also thinking that I’m you’re mentor. Ok that’s alright, but I don’t make six figures yet (lol). Elizabeta and I make sales every day as business partners – so that’s positive but you need to be following the top leaders too so you can get where they are!

Second, yes, we do give you our personal time and attention and will coach you and mentor you. However, you need a six figure earner in your box of tools so that you’re mind is on the right track.

Third, I want you to understand how vital it was for me to follow my mentor’s path. He earns seven figures in a year and watching how he did this was crucial. Its important for you to follow a mentor too. It took me five years to find someone I could trust who knew what he was doing. It’s very important that if you want to begin the process also that you start mastering the five crucial skills. I will help you to begin this process, if you will do the work to learn them from me and the training.

This week I want to share with you about 3 Keys to Six Figures:

Okay, so here are the the Keys:

1) Creating Consistent Income

2) Creating Monthly Residual Income, Team Overrides & Monthly High Ticket Items.

3) Following a Mentor who has achieved it.

First, I want you to know that learning the Five Crucial Skills will enable you to build consistent income. Beginning to master these changed everything for Elizabeta and myself. Want to learn these skills? Follow the Sixteen Steps or our training and you will. My seven figure mentor taught me these as I followed his example, Being a GDI Team Leader gave me practical experience learning them.

Second, There are three important parts of creating a six figure income. Monthly residual income is a key component. This allows you to earn monthly from your members and team under you. Team overrides allows you to earn from the work your team does for you. In GDI, building team leaders five levels below you, creates a non stop stream of income (in my team I almost get a new member from my nine team leaders every day). In the Prosperity Marketing System, you earn from the second sale of your team members and the third and your team member then never passes up again. But this stream continues to flow levels down to you. In the Power Lead System, you earn fifty percent commissions from your team sales! You can also earn $100, $500 and $1000 high ticket sales. Imagine two or three $1000 sales a month and how this will begin to jump start your progression to six figures. How much more will you earn from monthly residual income checks and team overrides!

A. TO HELP YOU:

This week I want to share with you about a quote from Jim Rohn: You don’t get paid for the hour. You get paid for the value you bring to the hour.”

Okay, so think about this for a moment. This is where the rubber hits the road: The ACTUAL VALUE you bring.

So internet marketing is NOT about a system or about what someone else is or has done. It’s ALL about what YOU are doing and what value you are bringing. Sure systems help us make things faster and more efficient but the heart of the situation is YOU. Everything you do will be everything you get. So if you advertise a lot then you will get the results of this (IF you’re advertising at the right places).

Successful people understand that results are their responsibility, not the responsibility of someone else. They also understand that the blame ultimately rests on them. Even though many things are out of our control, we have to realize that if we don’t have something, usually the blame rests on our efforts. Blaming others for our situations is NOT the way to constructively change your situation. Taking responsibility puts the ball in your court.

Now understand that there are Five Crucial Skills to learning how to make money consistently online. Understand this: No one will take the time to make sure you know them. It’s up to you to drive yourself to learning these. Sure, I WILL teach these to you if you ASK me and if you take the time to STUDY them and put them into practice. But I guarantee you that if you don’t put in the work to learn these skills nothing will ever happen. Also when I mean learn them I don’t mean just “know about them”. I mean to really put in the work to really learn these skills so that you become good at implementing them. Remember, you have to create the value and what value will you bring without the skills?

This last week, no one qualified for getting members for team leader. You have to be getting 1000 hits or more and going through the training. For Team leader you must be past Step Seven. Most people think that if they just keep advertising, that somehow they will succeed. I mean, advertising is important. Really important. It’s the first of the Five Critical Skills. But that’s the point. It’s only the first one.

There are four more. And the four other skills are just as important as the first. But guess what. If you decide to do what most people don’t do and study the other four skills and begin to master them, then you see everything begin to change for you. To tell you the truth, I’m not sure why most people won’t take the time to learn them. But just don’t make the same mistake yourself.
