Let me give you some tips. If I was starting fresh with GDI Team Elite, these would be my suggestions:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

One:\u00a0 Be aggressive about going through the Sixteen Steps.<\/strong> This helps let me know you’re serious<\/em> about succeeding and not only will you get to Step Nine and be eligible to be in line to begin getting new members to your team (the 1000 hits a week are important too) but you will also begin to understand how real internet marketing works and how to make consistent sales online.<\/strong><\/div>\n
.<\/span><\/div>\n
Two:<\/strong> There are two KEY<\/strong> elements<\/strong>: Advertising and building your Email List.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0If your not building your email list now – think seriously about changing that.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
.<\/span><\/div>\n
So you can begin building BOTH<\/strong> of these WITHOUT a team! However, building them with<\/strong> your team is<\/strong> more effective<\/strong><\/span>. So getting through the Sixteen Steps and getting your 1000 hits a week is worth the effort.<\/div>\n
.<\/span><\/div>\n
You ask how can I build both<\/strong> of these without becoming a team leader? Let me explain:<\/span><\/div>\n
.<\/span><\/div>\n
Three things you need:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
.<\/span><\/div>\n
1)<\/strong> Traffic<\/strong> (lots of it).<\/div>\n
.<\/span><\/div>\n
2)<\/strong> Ability to track<\/strong> your traffic and hits. This is crucial. If you don’t know how many hits you have you don’t know how to improve. Yes as a leader I help you track your team hits but you should be building your team<\/strong>\u00a0AND your email list<\/strong>. And the only way to do this is to get more than a thousand hits a week. This allows you to build both. This is exactly what I was doing before<\/strong> I was a team leader. Thus you need to know when you hit a thousand and can move<\/span> the rest of your advertising to building your list.<\/div>\n
.<\/span><\/div>\n
3)<\/strong> You need to build a large email list<\/strong> of people who opt in to your list and build active communication with them<\/strong>. This means eventually getting good at really connecting with people through your list. GDI TE helps you with the basics of this. But you have to eventually get good! Really good! This takes time and should be your real focus. Eventually you will see the power of KNOW<\/strong>, LIKE<\/strong> & TRUST.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
