The “Certain Way” are six actions that are proven to create a rich lifestyle. They are described in the book The Science of Getting Rich.”

These six actions are the subtle foundations and reasons behind our success online. You might be wondering what these six things are. You know I listened to the book on audible ten times and even though I could tell you in detail about the different subjects in the book, I couldn’t tell you exactly what the six actions were. It’s important, as I realized later, to get these actions down!

 Why are these actions so important? Well they are the building blocks to your vision, to fueling your daily actions, to stepping out when you don’t see it all coming together, to building the confidence, enthusiasm and belief in creating your dream.

You hear me right. Look if you’re not trying to master the Five Crucial Skills then no matter what system you’re using online it will fail – I promise you. 

First, even if I help you to become a team leader with GDI or with all the special branded pages that we set up for you in PMS and all the tons of bonuses that we give you, or even if we set up the most amazing system for you in PLS, if you are not actively learning these skills – I repeat, our system will fail you too!

 So how can you stop the failure? First of all by going through our training one training page at a time. Then getting back with us so we can coach you through each page.

There’s no “easy way” or “done for you” way that actually works. Sure there’s lots of systems that can do a lot of it for you but not the critical aspects that create consistent income online.

Don’t believe me? Real sales are made by real marketers connecting personally with real customers in real life, period. Sure you can get automated sales, but those customers don’t stick. I get subscribers every day emailing me back for more information. And I email them back and connect personally with them. That’s where it all starts and that’s just part of skill #4.

Okay, so if you don’t know the answer to this question, you may not be taking your business seriously. 

First, you may be also thinking that I’m you’re mentor. Ok that’s alright, but I don’t make six figures yet (lol). Elizabeta and I make sales every day as business partners – so that’s positive but you need to be following the top leaders too so you can get where they are!

Okay, so here are the the Keys:

1) Creating Consistent Income

2) Creating Monthly Residual Income, Team Overrides & Monthly High Ticket Items.

3) Following a Mentor who has achieved it. 

First, I want you to know that learning the Five Crucial Skills will enable you to build consistent income. Beginning to master these changed everything for Elizabeta and myself. Want to learn these skills? Follow the Sixteen Steps or our training and you will. My seven figure mentor taught me these as I followed his example, Being a GDI Team Leader gave me practical experience learning them.

Second, There are three important parts of creating a six figure income. Monthly residual income is a key component. This allows you to earn monthly from your members and team under you. Team overrides allows you to earn from the work your team does for you. In GDI, building team leaders five levels below you, creates a non stop stream of income (in my team I almost get a new member from my nine team leaders every day). In the Prosperity Marketing System, you earn from the second sale of your team members and the third and your team member then never passes up again. But this stream continues to flow levels down to you. In the Power Lead System, you earn fifty percent commissions from your team sales! You can also earn $100, $500 and $1000 high ticket sales. Imagine two or three $1000 sales a month and how this will begin to jump start your progression to six figures. How much more will you earn from monthly residual income checks and team overrides!

Okay, so think about this for a moment. This is where the rubber hits the road: The ACTUAL VALUE you bring. 

So internet marketing is NOT about a system or about what someone else is or has done. It’s ALL about what YOU are doing and what value you are bringing. Sure systems help us make things faster and more efficient but the heart of the situation is YOU. Everything you do will be everything you get. So if you advertise a lot then you will get the results of this (IF you’re advertising at the right places).

Successful people understand that results are their responsibility, not the responsibility of someone else. They also understand that the blame ultimately rests on them. Even though many things are out of our control, we have to realize that if we don’t have something, usually the blame rests on our efforts. Blaming others for our situations is NOT the way to constructively change your situation. Taking responsibility puts the ball in your court.

Now understand that there are Five Crucial Skills to learning how to make money consistently online. Understand this: No one will take the time to make sure you know them. It’s up to you to drive yourself to learning these. Sure, I WILL teach these to you if you ASK me and if you take the time to STUDY them and put them into practice. But I guarantee you that if you don’t put in the work to learn these skills nothing will ever happen. Also when I mean learn them I don’t mean just “know about them”. I mean to really put in the work to really learn these skills so that you become good at implementing them. Remember, you have to create the value and what value will you bring without the skills?

Most people think that if they just keep advertising, that somehow they will succeed. I mean, advertising is important. Really important. It’s the first of the Five Critical Skills. But that’s the point. It’s only the first one. 

There are four more. And the four other skills are just as important as the first. But guess what. If you decide to do what most people don’t do and study the other four skills and begin to master them, then you see everything begin to change for you. To tell you the truth, I’m not sure why most people won’t take the time to learn them. But just don’t make the same mistake yourself.

For me that meant reading books that would help me grow. It meant doing each day the basic things I needed to do to help me grow my team – such as advertising. It meant getting better each day at making splash pages, learning how to write my own emails, and finding ways to improve. I mean if you don’t want anything to happen then you can sit back and watch the world go by. But if you want change, focus on the important things that will make a difference over the next five years.

.

If you want something amazing, you have to go out there and get it and don’t expect it to be easy. You have to work every day at the basics and realize it takes time to “water” all your “baby plants” (customers, team members or potential ones). Like Jim Rohn says again, if you want change, you have to change. 

.Maybe you’re saying that you don’t have enough time each day to do ANYTHING? Let me say right now that excuses are like hot air. I mean I was working ten hour days and still found at least ten minutes to give to my business each day. And so can you. Eventually things got better and had more time to do more effective work, but it all started there with not giving up just because of my circumstances. 

.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT is crucial to the success equation. People can tell whether you’re having success or not or even if you’ve gone through whatever it takes to be able to guide them to the next level. They can FEEL this subconsciously and know whether your effective or not. That’s why I like to call it a bridge. This bridge represents something you have to cross in order to have the success you’re wanting . One of my mentors told me that I had to turn my failures into success or in other words grow my success from the manure of my failures. Think this is easy to make a lot of mistakes and keep plugging away and getting better? As you can guess, it’s not easy. That’s why I laugh when I see all these programs promising quick success online. It has nothing to do with reality and it’s why I went through forty different programs without earning hardly anything online.

So you must be willing to fail and fail again (just like a child learns how to walk) to get to a point where you’re confident about what you’re doing and can “cross the bridge” and effectively do the right things that bring you success. I’ve seen people do all the right things and not succeed and this is because their mind is NOT ready for it. They’re not confident, they’ve not been willing to go through enough failures to beginning to eventually succeed, they’re not learning and growing leadership skills to know how to grow a big team AND possibly they’re still complaining about everything, still have a negative attitude, doubting their success, still believe that they just haven’t got their “lucky break” and aren’t willing honestly to do the work required to succeed. WOW. That was a mouthful (lol)! So some or all of these things may be your /my problem. And if it is you need to work on changing this a little EVERY day. And read the “Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace Wattles. It will help more than you can imagine. It’s a book about setting goals with your mind and how powerful your mind is in helping you achieve that.

So as you can see the First Crucial Skill is Effective Advertising. This is not exactly easy. Getting 1000 hits is only the first goal. The second goal is to get your 1000 hits from EFFECTIVE Sites. The third goal is to get more than a 1000 hits from every effective place you can. The fourth goal is to learn how to track your hits and measure your results. This first skill took me a while to learn. However, the Secret of the Big Dogs will help you as will the Sixteen Steps.

The Second Crucial Skill is making effective splash pages that CONVERT into Subscribers. This is critical. If you’re only getting 1-2 subscribers a week, then your problem is either you’re not getting effective advertising or your splash page is not converting very well. You should be getting at least two subscribers for every 1000 hits. And actually that is a bit on the low side.

The Third Crucial Skill is building a BIG LIST. When I say a big list, you have to first get started building it. Then you have to be patient to build it really big. Without a big list you will not see much results. Everything will be hard until this list gets big. If you have effective advertising and a effective splash page, then building your list big will start to happen. But if you’re thinking that two subscribers a week will do it – that will literally take over ten years to build just a medium sized list if that is how many subscribers your getting. You need 15-40 subscribers a week to get started building it BIG. If you’re not hitting your goals then contact me and let’s see what we can do for you.

The Fourth Crucial Skill is Effective Communication. And this is what I REALLY wanted to talk to you about. So if you have lots of advertising to a converting splash page that gets subscribers, then you WILL GET people responding to you if you have your emails set up in your autoresponder written properly.

You know, once they respond to you, having a script to share with your subscribers and those who contact you is a start but if you really want to SUCCEED here, your mind has to be ready for success. There’s one more Crucial Skill and that’s Skill #5: Building Funnel Pages. And once you have a BIG list and a BIG team, then you should be be building funnels for your list and team to go through so they can find all the tools and resources that you used to build your team so big. Strategy #1:

So the first strategy is the one I’ve been working with my team for years. I give you a special team link (it connects with the splash page I decide upon for our team and usually involves sharing with people about traffic or the free Elite Traffic Club Elizabeta and I made a year ago. This splash page is connected to 200 messages in my Power lead System autoresponder and my Aweber account. These emails share with subscribers the advantages of joining our team in GDI and about a host of other things too.

When I get a subscriber who asks me to “send them the link“, I do and if they join, I decide what team member I want to place them under. If you are actively going through the training and get to Step four and are doing your 1000 hits, then I promise I will begin trying to get a new member under you. Or if you get past Step Seven and are doing the hits also, then I begin trying to finish helping the new leader to get their six, so I can focus on helping you!

Just to let you know, I have always been able to keep my promise to my members and get them their members (however, occasionally I do get a week/s when I don’t get a new GDI signup). To be completely open with you however, Elizabeta and I get on average a new member in either the Prosperity Marketing System, the Power Lead System , Referral Frenzy or AE Mailer every single day and this is because I have built my list to 2000 subscribers over the last three years (and so has Elizabeta) and we have  a lot of people going through our autoresponder messages.

So when I give you a new member, often its either because a new subscriber (that our team or myself brought in) or one that is in my autoresponder for ages, finally responded back to our messages and joined under the link I sent them (hopefully yours). We have 27 GDI emails in that autoresponder to give them plenty of chances to request the link from us. Plus I’ve added many more scattered throughout the series and I add new ones all the time. Understand how that works now? If not, re-read that one more time. Okay!

Strategy #2: 

This strategy is more about helping you to figure out the equation how to get new members rather than me doing it for you. It also has its benefits and negatives too. This strategy works through the Mentors Program. You basically join the Prosperity Marketing System (PMS) through Elizabeta or my link. Then we make you five special splash pages that we have tested and prove themselves every week to work. We connect these pages to our Power Lead System autoresponder with 109 messages. Then every time you advertise and get a subscriber, we let you know by sending you a message. You are then required to email your subscriber back (just like I do as a team leader). Then if they respond, they will either ask for us to share more with them about PMS or GDI depending on what email they opened. For your information, we have 10 emails about PMS and then 27 emails about GDI and then other emails scattered through the rest. Many more emails about PMS and GDI are added throughout also. So it’s all a big chance what email they happen to land on and read and what they respond to and IF they respond at all. I’ve found that we’re getting about one response to every five new subscribers. But also realize that my Power Lead System Autoresponder has 1000 subscribers in it from my efforts and so that often I get new members (that came there from my advertising) as I have a LOT more subscribers than anyone else in this autoresponder. However, if a subscriber that you got responds, I give them your link to sign up under. In this way, we have created four leaders in PMS who have already gone on to the next level to build their OWN list through the Power Lead System and who will eventually learn how to build five new pages for each of their members and grow a huge team!

I also want you to know that this method is based on your own efforts too and if you go out and advertise in only a few sites or the wrong mailers where the subscriber rate is not so good, then you might not get as many subscribers as you’re hoping for. That is why we call it the “Mentors Program” so we can help mentor you through your mistakes. Also if a page is not working very well, that may also be a reason to get a hold of me and ask me what others are getting from using that page. Then  I will tell you the stats. 🙂

Just to let you know, when you’re earning enough money in PMS (you need three members who are paying out to you each month) then you can afford the $30 PLS autoresponder (which has a great deliverability rate) and single opt in just like the professional autoresponders (with Aweber, once you get 500 members, then they jack the price up to $29 and then again after 2000 members, so for me to keep paying more and more is not worth it). But PLS is not like this. By the way, TrafficWave, AIOP and some others are double opt in and don’t have as good deliverability rate and Elizabeta and I don’t consider these worth the time and money to build a big list that is going to take years to build.

So in conclusion, if you want to use Strategy One, then you will learn less, and the chance of becoming a team leader are ALL based on if you’re doing the training and getting the hits and if I think you’re really doing a good job at it.

Strategy Two is more for those who actively want to learn to get new members on their own BEFORE they become a team leader. This is excellent training and allows us to work together through a lot of scenario’s and get the “bugs” out of your advertising strategy. It also allows you to begin learning the Five Crucial Skills much sooner than getting to Step 11 – 16 of the Sixteen Steps. If you’re interested in Strategy Two, you can join here. So you want to hear the “magic” (lol)! Okay, so here it is: You know if you can get one GDI Team Elite leader under you, then every time they make a sale, SO DO YOU! So if, for example, you work 10 hours a week and they work 10 hours a week, then together you’ve put in 20 hours. Guess what happens if you get 6 leaders under you? You’ve effectively created 60 hours of “work done” for yourself (haha)! 

That’s what you call “leverage”!

So how do you do this? Good question. All I can tell you is how I’ve helped create nine team leaders under me. And I did that by a very special tool called “duplication“. It means that I teach you what I’m doing and you do it and teach your team. But it has be something you can learn from me. If it’s too complicated, you might not be able to learn it from me and you won’t be able to pass it down to your team. See what I mean?

How to create “duplication”.

It’s actually really simple. Just follow the same system I’m teaching you. First of all go through the Sixteen Steps Introduction and then let me know you’ve finished. Then if you answered the questions correctly, I will send you “Step One”. If you complete Steps One and then Step Two, then Step Three in the same manor (I give you the password to continue in each), then after Step Three I will actively start working to get a new member under you. If you don’t complete this, under this system, you will NEVER get your first member. That’s how it works. So it doesn’t hurt to actually do the work to achieve the first member! I (we) just recently helped Darian to get his first new member because he did the work to get past Step Three! You can do the same. 🙂

Look, if you do your 1000 hits but don’t complete the training, then you will NOT get your first new member. But if you get past Step Three and continue getting your 1000 hits each week, then you will eventually become a team leader as you work towards completing Step Nine. The closer you get to Step Nine, the more I realize you really want to become a team leader. And I will honor your work. But if you give up…you will lose out.

Do you know why you need to CONTINUE getting 1000 hits a week? The reason is simple: Can you see yourself as a successful team leader and NOT getting at least 1000 hits a week? I sure don’t. And Team leaders honestly need more than 1000 hits. Here’s Why: one thousand hits is the bare minimum to building a steady stream of new members. 1000 hits equals one or two new subscribers and you need at least 5 subscribers to even get one response back! And to get one new member you need an average of five responses. Now do the math. See why you need as many hits a week as possible? But things get easier in time. The more members you have, the more hits your team should be getting. When I first started, I was the only one really getting hits. And I got around 3000 – 5000 hits a week. I still do the same now, but my team helps us get 15000 – 30,000 now.

THAT’S LEVERAGE!
