Team Update:

This week we’ve had one new member in PMS. Welcome to our team Scott! This week I want to share with you that we’re making progress on the Steps to Six Figures (the new re-vamp for the Sixteen Steps for GDI, PMS and PLS). We will be finished with this project soon! You can see the second draft of this here:

Steps to Six Figures

This means that all your new recruits in GDI, will be not only be potentially able to join you in PMS and PLS through this funnel (this has been true for last two years) but will be able to see the dynamic effects of how each program complements each other and how your earnings can double and triple because of them. For instance, consider how Elizabeta and I are able to get new recruits in PMS and PLS five levels down from our GDI team because of the Sixteen Steps. GDI has a very unique system that allows your team leaders under you to build it five levels deep. Think about that and see if that doesn’t motivate you to become a team leader faster. These new changes will be beginning in the Intro Step!

Team Update:

This week we’ve had one new member in GDI and two in PMS. Welcome to Eamonn (GDI & PMS) and Robert (PMS)! Not only this but Eamonn is showing signs to potentially become the next team leader by completing three Steps in his first week and getting over 1000 hits. Keep up the great work Eamonn!

This week I want to share with you that we’re working on uniting the Sixteen Steps for GDI, PMS and PLS. We will be finished with this project hopefully by the end of this next week! This means that all your new recruits in GDI, will be not only be potentially able to join you in PMS and PLS through this funnel (this has been true for last two years) but will be able to see the dynamic effects of how each program complements each other and how your earnings can double and triple because of them. This week I want to share with you about “Who needs a mentor?” I want to show you two people who a mentor changed their lives:

So here’s a little about Jim Rohn’s life before he met his mentor Earl Shoaff. He worked at Sears and shared that he was about broke. He then met his mentor and was challenged to change how he thought. At this time he blamed all his failures on the economy, on this and that but was then challenged to take responsibility for his failures and achievements.

“Rohn began his career as stock clerk for Sears, but after attending a lecture given by entrepreneur John Earl Shoaff, he decided to follow a different path. He asked Shoaff to be his mentor and followed every bit of advice he could glean from him. Rohn became a direct marketing distributor. Within just six years, Rohn earned his first fortune…” (From Entrepenuer Magazine)

Many years later, Tony Robbins came across Jim Rohn at a seminar. “He gave me a way of looking at life that allowed me to not ask [that] life would be easier, but to ask that I’d be better,” Robbins said in a tribute after Rohn passed away in 2009. “He got me to realize that the secret to life was to work harder on myself than my job or anything else because then I’d have something to give people and he really shaped me.” (From “Make It” and Tony Robbins).

One of the things Jim Rohn said about changing your life was: “Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.” Maybe you can see why having a mentor changed Jim Rohns life, Tony Robbins life and your life too. My mentor Alan also changed my life. The things he said to me directed me on a whole new path. This path made all the difference for me and it was the reason why Elizabeta and I were able to figure out The 5 Critical Skills. And these skills changed everything for us earning online.

Hi! This is Albie.

This week I want to share with you about your plans. Jim Rohn says “if you go to work on your plans, your plans will go to work on you.”

So what plans have and how are you going after them? Many people have plans but don’t go to work on them because the plans aren’t perfect or they don’t see the complete vision.

But you have to remember that you have to start somewhere and like Jim Rohn says ‘…your plans will go to work on you.” So start your plans and then let them work on you.

For example, even though a spaceship has its destination already set in its system, it has to keep adjusting its direction as it goes along. So do we. We can change and adjust our plans as we go. Our destination will get closer as we move toward it and the vision clearer. So we can adjust what needs to be adjusted. But if you don’t move forward, your plan won’t give you any feedback and you won’t get anywhere.

Also in setting plans, you need a solid information to build it on. So I’m curious if you have tried other programs in the past and wanted feedback about them?

“What’s Up With ‘Above Average’.”

This week I want to share with you

about becoming “above average”

Hi! This is Albie

This weekend I’m at home (yup, not on my boat this time). But that doesn’t mean I have to be stuck in the mud, right! I actually had a really nice time this weekend going to visit Huntington Library in Pasadena with my wife and friends. They have a beautiful gardens there (that’s an understatement). We went to the Chinese garden this weekend and were surprised just how huge it was. It was acres and acres big.
And that’s just one of the gardens there.

So this weekend I was also reading Jim Rohn and got blown away by one of his quotes: “How do you develop an above-average income? Simple. Become an above-average person.” (Work on you). That really woke me up (lol!). He went on to say:

“Develop an above-average handshake. A lot of people want to be successful, and they don’t even work on their handshake. As easy as that would be to start, they let it slide. They don’t understand,” he says. “Develop an above-average smile. Develop an above-average excitement. Develop an above-average dedication. Develop an above-average interest in other people. To have more, become more.”

That’s such an easy answer but profound really. I was so impressed with the Huntington Library and I had to admit, that it was far from just ordinary. I like the idea of becoming more than just average – and not just for myself. I want to help others change their lives. And I’m on a quest to work on that every day. Maybe you’re with me on that?

Sometimes people need a little push to get started and some “catalyst” to keep them moving forward toward their goals. I can think of a possible catalyst. Joining my mentors team was how it all started for me. And maybe you would like to join Elizabeta and I? It might be a great way to great way to start learning how to earn online and start taking the daily steps to do something different and exciting with your life.

This week I want to share with you to about some things worth being persistent for.

Hi! This is Albie

I just came back from being out at my boat trying to fix my broken mast.

It came crashing down on a wild but exhilarating day at sea (and just in case you don’t know what a mast is, it’s the long pole that stands high off the boats deck that holds up the sails).

Anyway, I know that you’ve had setbacks too and things that really woke you up. Losing my mast really shook me up I can tell you.

So as you can guess that’s not the first time I’ve had really bad things happen (and that’s not even “bad” in the grand spectrum of things).

The point being that often you have to learn things the hard way and sometimes more than once! And all this to say, I would love to show you our secrets of how we get sales every every single day working online but take my word for it – it wasn’t always easy and I spent years in frustration looking back at my achievements and wondering where I was going.

Finally here’s the catch: you will have hard times too – no matter how much I teach you. Unfortunately, life is always about growth and growth doesn’t come “done for you”. Sure I can make things ten times easier for you than what I had to deal with by myself- but again, you have to go into this with the right mindset.

One of my mentors told me that only one or two out of 100 are the actual leaders you’re looking for. Everyone else asks the wrong questions. They always ask “how much will I make”, “how much is it”, “how hard is this?” etc. But the ones that are leaders just wanna know one thing: “who can I follow to find success no matter what the cost.” Also understand this: “at any cost” shouldn’t mean at the cost of your family.

What I’m taking about is the fruit of persistence over years of time to get the results of being able to go anywhere in the world you want and for how long and it not inconvenience your work. Or being able to grow and experience life to the fullest without having to go into a job every day. I think you know where I’m going with this.

Ok so if you’re thinking: “wow, he’s totally taking about me” then I definitely want to hear back from you.

So now it’s time to think about what will you risk to achieve your dreams? The thing is, you don’t have to search everywhere to figure out the formula like Elizabeta and I did.

Don’t forget everything of real value takes time to build! Be patient with yourself. 🙂

“What can we do?”

This week I want to share with you to “help others see themselves better than they are”. Jim Rohn

This is an amazing quote. Amazing because it defines greatness in my mind. It’s exactly who I believe God to be and how he sees us and what he believes (knows) we can do.

Maybe you’ve heard the story about the baby eagle that was put in a chicken’s pen. All other chickens would keep him focused on just doing what the other chickens were doing – pecking at their food and such but deep inside the eagle knew he could do better. Well I’m sure you can guess what the outcome of the story was? Yes, the eagle finally flew away and discovered his real potential (smile).

I know many of you are realists out there and “know your true value” but do you? You know Jim Rohn has another quote that fits this really nicely:

“…Let me give you the broad answer first…

You can do the most remarkable things, no matter what happens. People can do incredible things, unbelievable things, despite the most impossible or disastrous circumstances.

Why can humans can do remarkable things? Because they are remarkable. Humans are different than any other creation. When a dog starts with weeds, he winds up with weeds. And the reason is because he’s a dog. But that’s not true with human beings. Humans can turn weeds into gardens.

Humans can turn nothing into something, pennies into fortune and disaster into success. And the reason they can do such remarkable things is because they are remarkable. Try reaching down inside of yourself; you’ll come up with some more of those remarkable human gifts. They’re there, waiting to be discovered and employed.

Need I say more (haha!). I doubt it. but just to finish off, remember that God made you and you are amazing. Your heart beats so many times a minute without you having to do ANYTHING to make it work. Your eyes are better than any camera you can buy. Even your thumbs are just so perfect for what we have to do every day in our life. So before we complain about all that’s going wrong, let’s remember all the crazy amazing things we have that are going right!

I hope this motivates you to do something better than just “ordinary” this week. I also hope that if you’re reading this that you will take your task of creating success seriously and do something to change your little bit of the world. 🙂

So now it’s time to think about what will you risk to achieve your dreams? The thing is, you don’t have to search everywhere to figure out the formula like Elizabeta and I did.

How are you this week my friends?

“Swimming Upstream?”

This week I want to share with you about the strategy of “swimming upstream” and getting better at it.

Trout swim upstream and are really good at it! And we can learn from this.

Read this awesome quote by Jim Rohn:

“Discipline is the bridge between thought and accomplishment. Discipline comes to those with the awareness that for a kite to fly it must rise against the wind; that all good things are achieved by those who are willing to swim upstream; that drifting aimlessly through life only leads to bitterness and disappointment.” And then he added: “Discipline is the foundation on which all success is built. Lack of discipline inevitably leads to failure.

This is so true. Ever feel like you’re swimming upstream? I sure do sometimes! You know the formula for earning online is not pursuing running after money. It’s pursuing running after becoming more skillful.

Just like trying to make a seed grow is useless, but watering it and getting better at protecting the seed and giving it what it needs, will allow it to grow. Developing your skills will bring you higher and better opportunities.

But developing your skills is not easy. You have to go outside of your comfort zone to grow and become better. And this can be painful. It’s what I can imagine “swimming upstream” feels like. It reminds me of the phrase “no pain, no gain.”

Did you know there’s an “expiration date” on people giving up and giving an opportunity a “shot”? It’s usually about 3 months. People usually start a new business expecting to get somewhere soon. But often this doesn’t happen – for multiple of reasons.

The most obvious reason is because people are not willing to put in the work to create the success. And the more upstream they feel they’re going, the more closer the expiration date looms closer. So how do you keep going against this tide? The best way is to “understand your enemy” so to speak. And your “enemy” is idleness and not taking advantage of pockets of time given us and not attempting to get better and achieve something each day. Also the enemy is discouragement. It’s not feeding yourself encouraging things but instead allowing yourself to get discouraged. So reading or listening to something encouraging each day is important.

Understanding that when you grow, it hurts and that growing means working towards becoming better. The good news is that if you keep “moving forward” and learning, digging in to get better all the time, eventually you will find success.

Honestly, I’ve been through a lot of pain online. Like in 2016 when I could not seem to get consistent online sales no matter how hard I tried. In 2017 I realized I just didn’t have enough effective advertisement for my business to grow properly. That took me year to learn on my own and effective communication took me three years. When I finally found a good mentor, I began to find the answers I needed.

And to be truthful, success is found on a daily basis first. Completing each practical assignment successfully is the most obvious step toward success.

There are 10 Daily/ Monthly Commitments that will help you go the right direction with your business:

KEY:

( Daily is in blue, Weekly is in Green and Monthly/Yearly is in Red )

1) Finish the Getting Started Video and implementing it. Get back with your sponsor about each point. Ask your sponsor to send it to you.

2) Take time each day to read personal development and encourage your inward strategy. You are your biggest asset, so treat yourself this way. Spend 10 mins to 30 mins a day.

3) Learn each of the 12 Pillars, SOGR and The Rules of “Influence”. Implement them. See them here.

4) Advertise your business every day, preferably 30 mins to 1 hour (but at least 10 mins a day).

5) Connect with your sponsor, coach and team at least once each week.

6) Find and connect with your “workout partner” each day.

7) Attend a team webinar once a month.

8) Learn and implement the 5 Critical Skills in some way each day. Either be working through the “Training Points”, “The Challenge” or Coaching/Mentoring.

9) Go through the Effective Communication Workbook a little each day. Go here

10) Be here a year from now.

“Setbacks are the ‘Seeds'”

This week I want to share with you about what to do when life gives you constant setbacks.

You obviously know how important knowledge is. But acknowledging it is not the same as benefiting from it. Setbacks happen to us all, yet only persistence allows us to go on to victory. Vision is what allows persistence to keep being so. And vision is enabled by knowledge. There are many who don’t need the push to form weekly habits to increase their knowledge, read or listen to personal development. Yet others need it. I know I did.

For four years, I was pushed by my mentors to learn every day and see how people who had achieved great things thought and compare it to my own and see how I might learn from it.

I know many of you will acknowledge that this is a good thing to do but in actuality, many won’t do it because it doesn’t fit their lifestyle or their way of life. And this will cause many to live an unfulfilled life. And I will be so bold to say that without developing our minds, success will evade us – especially success in all its respects.

It was because of the continual time learning from these great people that I was able to deal with constant setbacks for years. Because of these strategies I learned, I was able to put a fire under my dream. I was able to give my dreams the correct ingredients to help it to grow instead of allowing the negative pressures tear them down. And it will do the same for you. When you realize that your dream is not yet coming true, one day you will stumble on the phrase: “Success is not to be pursued, it is to be attracted by the person you become.“ Jim Rohn.

“Key Ingredients to Fulfil Your Dreams”

This week I want to share with you about what you need to focus on to create a healthy balance that will help you find success.

So I’m curious what your thoughts are on the total well being
of your Body, Soul and Spirit?

You know, each day I go for a couple walks to get the exercise I need and also

to see the sunshine and something beautiful in nature

as I walk through the park during sunset. I like to talk to God

also during this time and remember the things in life that really matter

– such as love, family and doing what is right.

At different points of my life, I’ve been guilty of completely

ignoring these three core elements in my life. Maybe you have also?

It took me years to realize I needed to give them the attention they deserve

and focus on them in actual practical daily practice.

These three areas can be realized as this:

The Body: Eating right and exercise,

Soul: Taking care of your intellect, emotions and will,

Spirit: Taking care of your heart (the deepest part of you, the eternal).

Some people only focus on one. But balance is the key.

They are all important and each part you strengthen, strengthens the others.

Achieving your dreams is all part of challenging your intellect, emotions and will.

The key is to not let your ambition destroy the balance and overrule

your spirit and your heart.

So now it’s time to think about what will you risk to achieve your dreams? The thing is, you don’t have to search everywhere to figure out the formula like Elizabeta and I did.

Don’t forget everything of real value takes time to build! Be patient with yourself. 🙂

To Team Hits

SUBSCRIBERS & SIGNUPS!

In the last two weeks we had 28 subscribers. We had 2 people asked for links, 2 persons emailed us back and 1 signed up in GDI. In PMS we had 1 sign ups and in PLS we had 1 sign ups. 🙂

To become a team leader and get your six, you have to be getting 1000 hits or more and going through the training. For Team leader you must be past Step Seven. Great work Team!

Congrats to our new members: Alan Findley (GDI & PLS) and Rick (PMS).

Also we have good news as KC and Mats are our newest team leaders! Don Sacco passed Step Seven this week and will be our next team leader! Peter has got to Step #4! 🙂

Did you realize that we hit our third highest team hits of 25,331 TOTAL hits twelve weeks ago. 🙂

If you meet the weekly requirement of getting at least 1000 hits using your team link, you will get your 6 over the course of time”.
