This week I want to briefly share with you how this the Team Leaders Duplicatable page is easy to copy and easy to place ON YOUR TEAM WEBPAGE!

You can put it on your website and it has LINKED PAGES to the team hits (just edit it and put your team details inside), tons of helpful articles, traffic, motivation , the Sixteen Steps, Steps to Six Figures, a year of GDI Team Elite articles, the team store and much much more.

If you are a team leader in my downline, I give you permission to COPY any material you like that is linked to this page and EDIT the LINKS and ADD your own etc. Just please make sure to give me (Albie Derbyshire) the credit if you use it. Thanks!

I think this will help you so you only need to spend a minimum of time each week updating your website instead of half a day writing a new team article or something.

I hope this helps you to streamline your GDI business and enables you to spend more time and focus more on the important things (like advertising or connecting with your team).

This is what my vision was for this. In fact one of our team leaders and my business partner, Elizabeta inspired me from her decision to spend most of her time writing an email to each team member (who is actively participating) INSTEAD of writing a team article each week.

I still see the need of sharing a team letter and also the team hits and connecting with those members who may not be active but still need a little encouragement to “hop back on board!”That’s why I took a whole day off and put this together for you to use! …so this week I want to share with you something exciting! This has taken us at least six months of research to find this rescource for our team!

However, I want to point out that even though it seems to have the “green light” there are still some areas our marketing team need to work through to make it better for everyone. So let me now share what it is!

Let me start from the beginning. I’m not sure if you’re aware but we have spent a lot of time and effort to make the Sixteen Steps for you. We also realized that just like the program MOBE that we shared with you about in the Introduction Step, we had the opportunity to charge for going through these Steps. After all, we spent thousands of dollars and years of experience learning the things we are sharing with you. Why would we give it away for free?

Being honest with you the entrance fee for GDI does not even remotely pay back our cost of advertising and marketing.

GDI of course does eventually create financial independence from the huge leverage of our team but this takes time and effort to get your team to the point where this is happening.

However, an odd thing happened when I was contemplating what approach we should take. I was praying about the decision and I thought to myself “why do we have to be like everyone else? Why can’t our goal be to make a difference first. Everyone in this business wants to take and not give. I want to be known for having really given and trying to make a difference.

So I talked about it with some our marketing team. We decided to have a giving heart and keep the Sixteen Steps open free of charge. However, let me share this with you:

Check this out —-> We are building what is called a “Mentors Program” that is something we have worked hard to develop. Inside this program we are pouring our skill and support to teach you what our six and seven figure mentors have shared with us. These are things we did not learn from the basic GDI Team Elite system.

THE FIRST THING WE WILL FOCUS ON IN THE MENTORS PROGRAM AFTER YOU REACH STEP 4 IS:

1) Exactly WHERE you are getting Traffic

2) What the best Traffic Sites are.

3) How many hits you’re averaging per day.

4) Exactly what subscribers you are getting and who is turning into paying members. If you can get a grasp on this you will be ahead of about 80% of the marketers online in our niche who don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Here is a breakdown of eventually all we will be working with you personally about:

“What Step Sixteen Means for You?”

…so as I have mentioned before Steps 1-9 are to help you become a team leader and Steps 10-16 are to help you really take advanced steps in your online marketing.

As I see it, becoming a team leader is a basic step and even after having been a team leader for six months this in itself did not give me the tools I needed to really understand how my mentor made Six Figures. To really understand this you need to really have a grasp on four things:

1) Maintaining a high level of traffic.

2) Bringing in a high level or quality subscribers to your list.

3) Building/ writing personal emails to add to your basic GDI Team Elite e-mails in your autoresponder to really reach people and bring interaction with your list and responses from them.

4) Achieving not only entry sales from your list but nigher sales from your funnels. This is what we hope to show you in Step 16.

So reason number four is the main function of Step Sixteen. But it also holds the key ingredients that will encourage you to move forward to achieving six figures with your business.

Check this out —-> In Step Sixteen we go over in detail the different kinds of funnels you can create and implement including ways to use online traffic to your benefit. We give you ideas of how to break free from only reaching 1/4 of our market niche using only capture pages related to “joining your business”

The reason I say 1/4 of the market is because my theory is that only one quarter of our market is tired out from all the false promises and crazy programs that promise making “$250 a day” but really don’t deliver. Each quarter of our market is (as I believe) as follows:

a) 1/4 is new people trying out business opportunities that look appealing.

b) 1/4 is marketers trying to sell these opportunities.

c) 1/4 is advertisers selling traffic.

d) 1/4 is those tired from all the business opportunities that either don’t work or that involve a more advanced understanding of how to sell them.

A while back my mentor was explaining marketing and the pit falls a team often falls into by teaching only one method of advertising until the market is saturated with those ads. This creates a loss of subscribers and sales. So it is our hope to help you have the tools you need to be more rounded in your advertising approach.

So in conclusion we want to encourage you to become a team leader (if you are not already) and then keep moving forward at a pace that is comfortable for you to Step Sixteen. You will be happy you did!

“New Eyes” on Our Ads

Before I begin I would like to share the Safelists that I was able to track down last week that have brought in new subscribers

Okay, so I want to share with you a strategy to get more traffic. First of all, you must realize that just having a few traffic sites and using them over and over again is not bad but sometimes marketplaces DRY UP and you have to get “fresh eyes” on your offers.

And One way of expanding your adverting without spending more than you have available is to use free traffic and get good at clicking credits quickly.

One fast way of clicking for credits quickly is to click the credit link and then while the ad is loading and counting down the seconds, go back to the main traffic site (or email you use to get the ads) and click another ad.

Check this out —-> This will SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME: Let the site load for two seconds and then go back and click another ad. You should be able to open 25-50 tabs at a time without confirming any of the ads. Then go back to each tab and each of them should have loaded and also counted down the seconds. Then all you have to do is click the confirmation button at the top that you saw the site and then move on to the next tab! You can get a lot of free credits this way.

Another cool way that is not expensive is to upgrade for only a one time $10 to Truckload of Ads and get more PromoCodes then you can count to many many sites. Use these promo codes to send ads and solo’s. Solo’s honestly do the best of most ads and you get the most clicks.

For instance you can get a 1000 credits for free at Mail Our List here, (Use NEWMEMBER promocode) or ugrade to Truckload of Ads and get 2000 credits on this and a multitude more of free but good traffic sites (many of which I personally use and can verify they get good hits).

For example here are some more sites that Truckload of Ads uses and that I use also (these are clickable if you want to see each of them): “For Serious Marketers Only” (I get on average 20 hits per mailing), “Mail our List” (I get on average 40-100 hits) and “Mail This List“. (290-40 hits per ad).

STEPS TO SIX FIGURES TIP #2:

It’s also important to realize that buying assets will eventually help you financially too. As you can see, I bought Truckload of Ads for a one time fee of $10 a month or two ago and I am able to use all the great promocodes to expand my advertising base as well as use the affiliate products in my website funnel and in my Team Elite TRAFFIC CLUB Funnel too. You can see my Weekly Special here. (You will NOT have to subscribe).

Getting to Step Sixteen and understanding how multiple funnels work is important. You can see “My Six Figure A Year Plan” here

ok…so here’s what I almost missed…

I finally got around to reading Jerry Iannucci’s Safelist Marketing Tactics…

And I’m glad I did because I almost missed a crucial secret. So have you read it? If so…maybe you know what the secret is!

Of course just telling you would be the easiest thing to do and…okay…I won’t hold you in suspense too much longer. But first I want to encourage you to read the ebook if you haven’t read it yet because it really fills in a lot of details I had no idea existed and it will fill in a lot of “puzzle pieces” for you. Also its completely FREE! Of course it can be a great additional income source for you too when you become a team leader, so keep this in mind too.

Okay, that being said, the secret was simple and obvious but yet I still missed it. And I’m going to put it in my own words because I don’t want to give away the exact wording and all the nuggets you will get from reading it.

The secret is this: There is a big percentage of people who use safelists to promote business opportunities and traffic sites. No duh…haha! However, if you can promote something that applies TO BOTH then you have a much bigger target market. The people who promote business opportunities usually don’t care about your opportunity UNLESS they are disillusioned with their own business. And this is the true target market and one that GDI Team Elite targets successfully.

However, we are missing 3/4 of this market by only having pages that promote to these people (However, please realize that these people are our REAL TARGET and if we get other people to subscribe they may or may NOT be ready to join us and/or it may take more time till they will…if ever). However, it’s still worth getting them on our list and attempting to build “know, like and trust” with them through our auto email responder. This way we have the chance to share with them about all the great features of GDI Team Elite but you must also realize that even if they are not open to our opportunity they still may be open to one of our additional income streams.*

In addition I also promote AE TRAFFIC CLUB to these people after they subscribe as EVERYONE needs better traffic and our traffic club promotes all my traffic links (and it can promote yours too when you reach Step Sixteen. When you get past that Step, I will help you build your own “sister site” you can use for your benefit).

The thing about the picture above is that I created this picture on my back porch (and I don’t live at the beach).

It has three interesting elements of success. Look at this picture below closely:

Do you see the bottle? The sand? The beach picture? Each of these represent something:

1) The bottle represents the money you spend to buy the tools you need to succeed. I bought the bottle of shells at a lovely little beach shop a while back.

2) The Sand represents the work it takes to succeed. While I was at the beach, I had the forsight to collect some sand and put it in a cup that I could use later.

3) The picture represents the dream you need to succeed. And I must say the imagination to put it all together! Now read the article to see more how this all fits together.

Your Mind is Where the REAL Battle for Success is!

“A While back a mentor told me this quote:

“Success is Buried under Failure.”

This is really true!

I mean think about it. Any time you get really good at something, it’s because you were willing to go through a lot of mistakes and pain to learn it.

This is how it is with your bigger dreams and goals too.

Anytime you want to succeed you have to be willing to go through the pain of learning.

No one really likes to go through pain or failure.

Failure is essential to learning. I mean how many times did you have to fall down before you learned how to walk?

And this pain and failure is why people quit. So this is where the real battle is: IN YOUR MIND.

And in order to win you must be willing to get your mind ready to win.

You must daily inspire your mind with examples of others who have achieved it too. You must inspire your mind with the practical daily, six month and year goals that it needs to understand where it needs to be in that time.

And then their is reality. You need to get up and make the dream happen with real work.

And each daily success builds on each other.

Each success removes the “dirt” and failures out of the way so you can find the success that is “buried” under it.

And you must be willing to readjust your goals to reality when you come to it. You must not try to trick your mind. It has to see things clearly and logically.

And then you have to inspire your mind with the five and ten year goals so that your mind is focused on the exciting things that get it up and moving in the morning.

Here’ a little of my story:

At first the GDI dream was just that: a wild dream attached to a token that it was mathematically possible and had been attained by others.

But after the daily work and time it took to become a team leader, I realized I had come to the next step.

Then I poured my time and daily effort to advertise each day and win new members onto our team. In a while they came. Soon I had found Elizabeta and realized I had found the first mastermind partner. Now we could build together instead of by ourselves. Soon we had more and more leaders and new members coming from “nowhere”. Well they were actually from all our leaders we were building but you get the idea. There’s more to this story but you can see how the dream is happening.

I hope this has encouraged you to get up in the morning and see how the little success you had yesterday has made your dream even more possible today.

I hope this encourages you to dream more and work more and to find your true motives and inspire yourself to be your best self and allow your daily actions to change your reality one day at a time.

Three Funnels and How They Will Change Everything for You

THREE FUNNELS:

1) GDI Team Elite & Sixteen Steps

2) Your Website

3) A Traffic Funnel

HOW THESE FUNNELS WORK

1) GDI Team Elite and the Sixteen Steps

is the first and should be your primary funnel. To find out more about this simply begin the Steps here.

2) Your Website

Eventually your new team will be coming into your website from your team email each week and seeing what you have that’s new!

In addition to sharing helpful things about GDI Team Elite and marketing tips, you can add advertising to your page.

I personally use my main programs banners that you will also find in the Sixteen Steps such as TrafficWave, Buildabizonline etc, but I also use my website to promote helpful traffic and their links and my team store with 10,000 products from Clickbank.

Clickbank has a great program called CBProAds which allows you to put all manner of advertising links on your site (you’ve probably seen mine) and more. They also allows you to have prebuilt websites in many popular niches such as health and wellness, online business, fitness, dating etc. These things all should be helpful things to honestly help your team. You will also find yourself making sales when you truly help others.

You can find the affiliate program for CBProAds. It’s a free program and you can see if here.

3) Your Traffic Funnel

I realized from one of my team members Dustin, owner of ProTrafficBuilder, how important it is to have a grasp on referring traffic sites to others. Traffic is essentially the main ingredient of building a business online and you should have a part in it.

Diane Mumm from Mountain High Mailer also came on our team a little while ago and has been a great help understanding this better too.

Elizabeta and I have been working on an upgrade to AE Traffic Club. Elizabeta has already been advertising the site and has had great success with it.

We are upgrading the sites look and even though I have finished the first version, I am still working on the upgrade. Here is a pic of what the new site looks like:
